Nairaland / General / Billionaire Kidnapper(evans) Confesses And Asks For Forgiveness by eroms22: 2:10pm On Jun 12, 2017
A notorious kidnapper, Chukwudi Onuamadike, who is also popularly known as who was arrested by security operatives on Saturday, June 10 has begged for forgiveness. NAIJ.com gathered that after about three months of search, police officers from Abuja, Saturday afternoon, arrested the notorious kidnapper in his Magodo hideout in Lagos. It was reported that during the arrest he was wearing a designer wrist watch which costs $170,000.
Vanguard reports that Evans burst into tears during his interrogation asking for forgiveness and promising to be a born- again Christian if given the opportunity. He said: “My friend, known as Hunch Man, introduced me into kidnapping and after a few operations during Peter Obi’s administration, we were forced to leave the state and we moved to Edo State. I had some boys from Warri, Delta State, working with me.
“We carried out two big kidnappings where our victims paid N80m and N100million respectively. In 2013, I came to Lagos and I went straight to Festac Town. Before I came to Festac, I had already established contacts with some boys. One of the jobs we did was that of the owner of Young Shall Grow Motors, Chief Vincent Obianodo. “One guy, known as Emeka, brought the job and we were five that went for that operation — Hunch Man, Nmamdi, Uche, Nwoke and I. I was the one driving and our target was to kill Young Shall Grow’s driver and his police orderly. Hunch Man, Uche Nnamdi and Nwoke were carrying guns and they were the people who fired at Young Shall Grow. “Hunch Man and Uche were killed during the attack, while Nnamdi, Nwoke and I survived. That operation was my most bloody operation. I didn’t know it was going to turn out that way. I usually don’t know names of people I kidnapped in Festac. But if I see them, I will tell you what I did to them. I have people who gave me information about my victims. “The pharmacist job is the only one that gave us a problem. The highest ransom I collected was $1million dollars from somebody living in Festac. I keep my victims for months because I want their people to pay the ransom I demanded. I have people cooking for my victims, one of who stays in the house; his name is Uche.
“The other boy is from Aguleri. The boy is a new person, but Uche is old. I usually pay Uche N20million for every operation. I usually make the calls for the ransom. I have six boys in Lagos. My mother does not come to my house and she also knows that I am into crime but she is not in support. “I bought this house for N130million and I have two houses in Magodo. My house in Ghana is bigger than this. I don’t kill.”

Politics / People Criticizing PDP And Praising APC, Please Read.. by eroms22: 6:16am On Aug 12, 2016
People just criticize pdp without knowing facts...... *WHO DESTROYED NIGERIA, PDP, APC, ... OR PEOPLE?"* So, the narrative in recent times especially from those who support the present regime, is that "PDP destroyed" our country and it will take time to rebuild it. I don't think so...

1. *Sen. Pres. Bukola Saraki. PDP Governor for 8yrs and PDP Senator for over 3 yrs.* Joined APC in 2014. He is the Senate President.

2. *Speaker Yakubu Dogara. Two-term PDP House of Rep member.* Joined APC in 2014 and was elected for a third time in 2015. He is the Speaker.

3. *VP Atiku Abubakar. Nigeria's PDP Vice-President for 8yrs* and presently an APC Elderstatesman after jumping from one party to the other since 2007.

4. *Sen. Victor Ndoma-Egba. PDP Senator for 12yrs.* Decamped to APC about two months ago. He is the serving Chairman, NDDC Board.

5. *Sen. Heineken Lokpobiri. Two-term PDP Senator from Bayelsa State.* Decamped to APC after the 2015 elections. He is a serving Minister of the Republic.

6. *Sen. Ita Enang. Two-term PDP Senator from Akwa- Ibom.* Joined APC before the 2015 elections. Presently the SSA to the President on NASS.

7. *Gov. Samuel Ortom. Long-serving Benue State Secretary of the PDP. Former National Auditor of the PDP and former Minister under Pres. Jonathan.* Joined APC in December 2014. He is the Governor of Benue State.

8. *Sen. Barnabas Gemade. Founding father of the PDP, former National Chairman of the party and Senator from 2011.* Joined APC in December 2014. He is a serving Senator.

9. *Gov. Atiku Bagudu. A two-term PDP Senator from Kebbi.* Joined the APC at some point. He is the serving Governor of Kebbi State.

10. *Gov. Aminu Tambuwal. Former PDP Speaker of the House of Representatives.* Joined APC in 2014. He is the serving Governor of Sokoto State.

11. *Sen. Abdullahi Adamu. Two-term PDP Governor of Nasarawa and Senator in 2011.* Joined APC in 2014. Still a serving Senator.

12. *Sen. Danjuma Goje. Two-term PDP Governor of Gombe State and Senator in 2011.* Joined APC in 2014. Still a serving Senator.

13. *Hon. Dakuku Peterside. Was a PDP Rep member from Rivers State.* Joined APC along with Gov. Amaechi. He is the DG of NIMASA.

14. *Sen. Rabiu Kwankwaso. Two-term PDP Governor of Kano State and former Minister of Defence under Pres. Obasanjo.* Joined APC in late 2013. He is a serving Senator.

15. *Hon. Rotimi Amaechi. Former PDP Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly. Two-term PDP Governor of Rivers.* Joined APC in late 2013. He is a serving Minister of the Republic.

16. *Gov. Rochas Okorocha. Was a Special Adviser to PDP's Pres. Obasanjo. Became the Governor of Imo on APGA's platform.* Joined APC in February 2013. He is the Governor of Imo State.

17. *Sen. George Akume. Two-term PDP Governor of Benue State and Senator in 2007.* Left the party in December 2010. Still a serving APC Senator.

18. *Gov. Nasir El-Rufai. Former FCT Minister under Pres. Obasanjo.* Left the PDP in 2010 and joined CPC. He is the serving APC Governor of Kaduna State.

19. *Gov. Bello Masari. PDP Speaker of the House of Reps in 2003.* Joined the CPC in 2010. He is the serving APC Governor of Katsina State.

20. *Sen. Adamu Aliero. Two-term PDP Governor of Kebbi State and Senator in 2007. Later became FCT Minister under Pres. Yar'Adua.* Joined APC at some point. He is a serving Senator.

21. *Sen. Udoma Udo Udoma. Two-term PDP Senator from Akwa-Ibom State.* I don't even know if he ever decamped to APC. He is the serving Minister of Budget & National Planning.

Now, *save for Atiku who is a serial Presidential aspirant waiting for another election year to continue with his impossible dream of becoming Nigeria's President,* all the above are holding offices in this regime. *They all played a part in the 16yrs of "PDP destruction"* but somehow are members of the APC that want to "rebuild". Wow! My submission therefore is that *PDP did NOT destroy Nigeria. PDP is just a name/acronym.* The Nigerian people destroyed Nigeria. *Hence, its the people who build or destroy a nation. Food for thought.

APC Card-Carrying member is a must.

Shout anti-Kwarraption, or create some inane Sai Buhari slogans.

Donate Billions of naira to Buhari & APC, doesn't matter if you owe Rivers State workers months of unpaid salaries.

Learn to BLAME Boko Haram, Jonathan, PDP, or even Donald Trump.

Blame Seun, Linda Ikeji, for creating Social Media forums, where everyone can air personal views. Why not? This is Nigeria.
My broda! This country is really in need of reformed leaders..
Politics / How To Pad The Nigerian Budget And Become A Billionaire by eroms22: 12:40pm On Aug 02, 2016
Here are 11 steps to get rich quickly through the budget:
STEP 1. Get elected into the National Assembly – you can go to Senate or House of Representatives. It doesn’t really matter.
STEP 2. Be a good friend of the Speaker or Senate President, and the respective chairpersons of appropriation committees. That is the legislative committee that vets the budget.
STEP 3. Think up some flimsy projects – say, boreholes to provide water for your poor constituents. It is called constituency project.
STEP 4. Look for a government agency or ministry that can smuggle that project into the budget for you and lobby the target Minister or DG. Of course the respective committee chairman in the National Assembly must know.
STEP 5. Set up a company. Or get your spouse, brother, sister, or loyalist to register a company that can execute your chosen project.
STEP 6. Plead with the chairman of the Appropriation Committee to edit the budget and include your project under the agency or ministry that you lobbied. Because budget figures are usually large, this may seem like adding a cup of water to River Niger. If appropriation chairman refuses to play, lobby the Speaker or the Senate President. STEP 7. Say ‘aye’ on the day the budget is put up for debate. (This step is not very critical. You can decide not to show up and it will be bundled with the entire budget and passed. Almost all of your colleagues are in it.)
STEP 8. After the Ministry of Finance has released funds, approach the head of the agency to award the contract for your project to the company in #5. Most heads may require their share upfront. You can’t trust anyone in this business!
STEP 9. The company gets cash deposit from ministry or agency. It is withdrawn and handed to you. You can share with anyone that helped the process, but you’ll sure retain the bulk of it.
STEP 10. Sink a borehole in your community with a very tiny fraction of the money and call national TVs to come cover the “commissioning of your constituency projects”.
STEP 11. Plan for next year

allisonluvsu:
Now lets roll this way. Here is the difference.

You are asked to come to work by 7am everyday to complete a daily task of collating data. The job rule states that you must collate atleast fifty data everyday before you leave for home. If you go to work by 9am which is like 2 hours later than the original time, and still complete the collation of the fifty data task given to you, you are not efficient but effective because you lack the discipline of coming to work earlier.

Efficiency involves an individual meeting up with the demands and completing the task given to him/her at the right time, right date and right manner while effectively involves completing the task even if it was not done at the right time and right date or manner.

Furthermore, if you are asked to wear your safety gears before performing your daily task in a company and you ignore such command and still went ahead to complete the task without your safety gear, you have worked effectively but not efficiently. Efficiency deals with doing things in an organized manner as directed by your organization while the other measures your ability to complete the said task assigned to you.

I hope i tried in the explanation. grin

There has been some misconception about how long President Goodluck Jonathan has been heading this country. The lie being peddled is that he has spent 6 years;late President Musa Yardua died in May5, 2010;but President acted from Feburary10,2010 until he fully assumed the Presidency on May 6,2010...
