The problem with Nigerians is, a lot of people tell lies about these things. If the lady for e.g had travel history, did she declare it at the point of entry? If she did, the NCDC would have asked her to self-isolate and would have followed up with her every day till her symptoms surfaced. But some people lied about their travel history and went about their lives then started disturbing the NCDC after the symptoms got bad.
