- Function: VAS Technical Support Engineer,
- Supervising, administrating, monitoring and backup VAS systems: Ericsson EMM, EMA, ADC, MMC, DWS/CRS;
- Messaging Platform and Content Management;
- Convergys SMSC/VMS, HXC USSD (Concurrent Systems), HTTP/SMPP Gateway (SICAP), CRBT Systems (COMVIVA),
- Treat customers’ requests and ensure IT applications and VAS systems support,
- Tracking CDRs (Calls Details Records) with EMM (Ericsson Multi-Mediation files and events), configurations architect, DUP programming;
- Provisioning management (EMA with CAI programming, ADC, MMC, CRBT);
- Development and administration of VAS applications,
- OSs: Windows, Unix/Linux, clustering and Solaris;
- PHP, MySQL, Shell, SMPP/HTTP, FTP, Telnet, SSH, GSM, SS7,
