Aproko! Everyone is kicking against the application fee, no matter how small, and you're here forming boss. Ifawoz you ehn...
I hate it when people behave like they know and have it all. What stops you from critically analysing the issue at hand? If the OP collects 1k from 200 or more members of this forum, would you know? What if after paying the "application fee" he deletes his account?

But really the government need to have a check on all these recruitment agencies,

some bank seat in their office and just think of how to exploit the poor job seekers they form or plan with recruitment agencies to achieve this
instead of employing and paying a normal marketing staff 200k plus they share the money with the recruitment agency while the person doing the work is left in shambles with only 20somtin k every month.

somebody will call you for a bank job and pay you 30k inside which they will remove up to 2k plus as whatever! which means as a banker you are going home with 27k or so i will be specific here with diamond bank, please try and change from this habbit beacuse its not telling well on your organization. They will tell you that you will meet people along the job no let down but who will you meet in retail marketing which involves pepe sellers and market women you are more of a thrift collector, with one oga's sitting back and looking very robust and fat putting pressure on you to go and bring money from anywhere or anyhow they dont care , They use the disguise that you stand the chance to become full staff as an insider ,all na wash ,before your own very eyes they will keep employing full staff and you are still there.

At worst you cant take it any more and you are either forced or willingly resign and all the account goes to the area manager as they will share it and add more grease to their elbow and look for new set of desperate Nigerians to exploit.

Please Nigerian government should look at this cheap labour and how organizations use people in form of contract staff.

its better you concentrate on a hand work or keep seeking for a better job than spend 8 month of your life wastefully in the hands of such jobs because its a sure bet that either you are asked to resign or you are sacked after some time, then you look at your account balance and see you are even in debt , you have unpaid money you have borrowed from your brother , mother or father which you cannot pay back.

Please if you are seeking to go for this kind of job consider your options very well be sure you dont have any other hope before you go in.
thank u bro u r really a concern nigerian graduate.i was invited for an interview by workforce i didnt attend because of dis exploitatns by recruitmt agencies.if only nigeria graduates wil cooperate and say no to dis exploitatn we wld hv gone along way

What do you know? Every reasonable christian in Kaduna knows that the bigot called hellrufai is against Christianity. The anti christ law may look balanced for both religions but I tell you it is mainly to punish christians. But God will punish him anyway.
