Dear NL members,
I am having a very disturbing development with my look and appearance. I am a male and  will be 32 years old this June. I look quite older than my peers. In fact, I have been fighting hard to see how to reverse the abnormal aging process I am experiencing that is characterized by gray hair and other aging signs. I guess I am not alone in this situation. Please can anyone help, how do I slow down this aging process or if possible reverse it?

It is quite frustrating when you go into marriage with joy and hope to experience a delay. I had a similar experience, when I got married about 12 years ago.
