The governor of the Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose have answered to several negative statements to the advert he produced to be issued, saying that he has no regret over the advertorial as it contained truths.

The governor noted that the facts can never be covered forever, claiming that the presidential aspirant of the All Progressive Congress (APC) General Buhari was too old and sick to be president of Nigeria.

According to Fayose, the advert was his personal opinion as resident of country and not opinion of the PDP and he stand by it.

Smart man like a fore runner hid dept. clears way for his move,Governor Babangida Aliyu of Niger State says he will not infringe on the rights and privileges of his deputy, Alhaji Ahmed Ibeto, who defected on Monday to the All Progressives Congress from the Peoples Democratic Party.

The governor, who made the pledge on Tuesday while collecting his Permanent Voter Card in Minna, said Ibeto had the right to freedom of association.

“He is free to associate with any person or group. That will not mean he will be denied any of his rights and privileges as deputy governor of the state,” he said.

Reports just coming out of Maiduguri, Borno state inform that President Goodluck Jonathan has just landed in Maiduguri Airport in a surprise visit to the hotbed of Boko Haram’s insurgency.

According to Daily Trust report, the Chief of Defense staff, Air Vice Marshall Alex Badeh and National Security adviser, Sambo Dasuki also arrived the airport in a separate aircraft.
