I was watching Chinese news during their lock down, u don't hear news of people violating lock down...
Citizens are well enlightened because they really want to understand the situation....but here,it's the opposite; people behaving like goats.

u don't hear of people violating lock down in Germany,France,....even south Africans are behaving mature on this matter.....
these people are not just ahead of us in advancement,but also in attitude nd maturity...... We will always lag behind if the people don't change their mindsets nd approach to life.

On one hand, I wouldn't blame the people because these countries you mentioned didn't put anyone on lockdown without palliatives..
How can one survive behind doors without sustenance, the virus we dread so much won't kill but hunger will definitely kill if left unattended to..
