2. As Olalekan said...to whom it may concern. Some employers will want a specific address, in which case you may say that it is for an application, that's all! I would not advise you to say it is for a visit visa, besides being a lie, most people know that you don't need a JD to apply for a visit visa.

3. Sell/convert the crypto to CAD or USD in an account. Write an LOE to say what you did, attach statement of your crypto account and CAD/USD account and evidence of conversion if you want.

I've gone through the thread to get answers to some of my post ITA questions but still have a few that have not been clearly answered. I would appreciate if the house can help me provide detailed answers to these questions:

1) Can someone please send me a sample of an LoE? I need to explain why I filled in an incorrect country of study. So I'd appreciate a similar LoE.

2) Is it compulsory to address the reference letter from my current employer to :
The Immigration/Visa Officer,
Immigration, Refuges & Citizenship Canada,
Centralised Intake Office
PO Box....
Sydney...
I am trying to conclude this immigration process without raising any suspicion with my current employer. Can you advise on how to address the reference letter? Also can the reference letter be said to be a requirement for visiting visa application just in case I'm asked at work? Does it make sense to say that?

3) For POF, I didn't build my account statement before ITA and I have the full POF outside any of my bank accounts (it's in a cryptowallet at the moment). I saw that the options I have are either an investment letter or a FD certificate but would like to confirm which of them is advisable.
Also do I need to draft a gift of deed to make it more believable that I have such an amount?
I just need detailed advise on how I can provide the POF in such a way that my application will not be rejected and I won't be asked to bring an account statement down the line.

I won't advise you leave it blank. Your application documents would be seen as "incomplete". It is better you update your education history to Nigeria so the PCC UK requirement goes away. Write an LOE to explain that your certification was a distance learning program which what taught and supervised in Nigeria. See a screenshot attached below for guidance

Attach the LOE to your ECA and Certificates and upload them together as one PDF file.

Thank you for your prompt response. Just to clarify, please where will I attach the LOE? Can I submit without any document uploaded in the space for the England Police Certificate?

You can change it to Nigeria, include it in your LOE stating the exams were conducted in Nigeria. The system will automatically remove the England PCC request.

Please I need additional guidance. I created an EE profile and mistakenly stated the Country of study for my BCS certificate as England because BCS is located there. I have received ITA now and I'm being asked to provide a Police Certificate from England which I cannot get because I have never lived in England.

Please is there a way to change the Country of study back to Nigeria or engage IRCC to explain and rectify this mistake? Or would I have to decline the invitation? I have declined once before because of another mistake.

Please I need some guidance on how to respond to a question on the EE profile creation form.

I create a profile and submitted my application to enter the pool a while ago. Then I got my ITA but had to decline it because of a mistake that I made in the profile information I entered. I deleted the profile and I am trying to create a new one now but I'm being asked if I have ever applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before.

My dilemma now is - does creating a profile & submitting my application mean that I have applied to IRCC or do I have to respond to an Invitation to Apply (ITA) before I can say that I have applied to IRCC.

Can someone please guide me on how to respond to this question on the EE profile creation form? Thank you
