I actually served and taught in a secondary school in Imo State, the level of exam malpractice i witnessed was indescribable. I know they cheat in the southwest too but its never done with so much impunity as seen in the east. All the schools in my local government had answers written for all the students on the board, my school students had to pay 7k each and N300 per day for each subject.
