stay away from teething gel! give paracetamol drops, also buy teething ring and put it in the freezer and give him to chew, is it the upper teeth coming out, those are usually the troublesome ones, but it will pass in like a week

2ndly, cud any1 gv a tip on how to relieve my 6month lo of ha teething discomfort, its so breaking my heart rite now, wish I cud transfer d discomfort to me.

That thing isn't thrust, it will surely clear on its own. I remember wen it was on my lo's mouth at 3months, I wasn't comfortable wit it nd googled it nd it says abt thrust, I wasn't still satisfied until I went to d hosp. I was told it was breast milk residue.
I left it nd it went away for good

Secondly, my lo is down wit cough nd jst 2days ago wit catarrh. I felt it will go since she's EBF, but it persisted, so I resulted to piriton tripple action, d one for cold, catarrh nd cough. D catarrh has subsided but d cough is still persistentalthough not much, nd it makes ha throw up after feeding.

If you want a good hospital in festac,use the mother and child hospital at first gate,they are very very good or you use Navy town hospital,if its not too far.

Yes u can't do hot water massage cos of both internal nd external stitches. I'm still trying to get my tummy down after 5months but I can attest to post partum girdle, it works like magic but only if u r DETERMINED to be wearing it 24/7. I got tired of wearing it (especially at midnite wen I hv to b waking up at almost every hour to breastfeed) nd my tummy became big again. But u hv to heal up internally 1st b4 u can wear it, say 8wks. Pls don't tie d tummy!

Well I took all those dry gin nd co but it didn't work for me, it might work for u, u can gv it a try.

As per sex, I'm not living wit my hubby so I cant ans on dat.

I successfully weaned my baby without crying episodes. I stopped feeding during d day, we do night feeds twice before morning. I started giving water but found out he gets hungry at night, so I introduced milk. I give him 250ml before he sleeps and early in the morning. If he wakes before then he takes his water which I keep close by. I wish all mothers successful weaning( e no easy o, d others no easy like this)

Pls is there anybody here, or if u know any1 who who has used nd is still using children hosp on 4th Avenue, festac town?
I want to register my lo nd will like to know how good they are.

Dear sis,pls always confirm tins anybody tells u from nurses or experienced mamas before administering, silver bird is very powerful... Avoid direct contact wit baby's skin,mix one cover of silverbird oil wit a full baby oil or olive oil,it depends on d one u are using..... u can also rub some on his or her cloth so DAT she can inhale it from there. I hope this helps... All d best mama..! Give my love to ur baby.

Yes I'm EBF and planning to weane her nxt month. No, she doesn't use toys for fear of putting it in her mouth cos of germs or hitting her face wit it.

As for the attention, I really don't know cos she does that even when she's on my laps.

I jst need reassurance that its a normal thing cos I've been told that each new month comes wit a new tantrum wit babies.

Tnx @tchiwinnie, I did d blood test, white blood cell nd urinalysis, widal nd dey all came out good. It was jst d malaria reason d doc asked me to tk a malaria drug.
I started taking blood tonic 2days after d malaria drug. D 1st day I took d blood tonic I felt d dizziness but not severe. I felt it jst slightly 2day but beta dan d previous day.
I want to observe myself b4 goin bak to d hosp.

Tnx @bossladyMo, I truly apr8. I did tk pregnacare breastfeeding of which iron is listed nd d dizziness stopped though, but it was wen it reoccured I went to d hosp nd d doc told me to tk malaria drug dat is well tolerated by my system since all oda test came out gud.
I sincerely wish dis will stop completely.

I was made to do series of test nd they came out fine except for malaria which d doc said I shud get any malaria drug dat is well tolerated by my system so I took amatem. I jst finished taking d complete dose 2days ago but I started feeling d dizziness again.
