Gudday my sabi mamas, pls help me! My 21months old DD hs bin on vitane multivitamin nd jst recently she has bin pooping sm hrs afta eating, although d poopoo is a normal type. She eats 3x in a day nd will poop 3x. Pls I dnt know if there's anybody who has experienced this. Pls is it normal?

if the multivitamin contains iron and vitamin c,yes it will affect the antimalarial action of the drug.
you can give vit bcomplex syrup instead.
moreover loss of appetite could be from the malaria (that is if it was confirmed she has malaria)
keep giving the meals gradually. She will pick up.
She will be fine don't worry

I understand exactly wat u r saying cos my DD was down wit it 3days ago, it usually worsens at nite. I went to a paed nd was given zyncet wit vit c nd it didn't improve, had to go bak nd was given augmentin wit it. There has bin improvement since then.

I will advise u go bak to d paed again. Always go bak if there isn't any improvement.

It was late day before yestday wen we were told Light is to be operated on yesday. we were still making preparations till around 2am yestday. tnks be to God, d surgery took a whole day frm 8:30- 6:30. I bless God for His word dat never fails, it was a success, though d surgeons told us it is going to be a.major nd risky one, but God did it. Dey dnt close d chest yestday saying Dey want to observe her, dis morning Dey said she responded well truout d night nd it has been closed up.
so, I want to appreciate God for who he is. though she has not come around. like I was told by someone to start praising God, I bless Him. he is worthy.

Wat I did wen my lo did dat was to slip dat breast she rejected into ha mouth while sleepy (an advise I got wen I googled it nd it worked) nd she took it well, but d moment she realised it she removed ha mouth but at least she sucked enof to reduce engorgement. Afta a while she adjusted nd started taking d rejected breast.

As per getting a nanny,i need mamas in d house who have been lucky to get good ones to help out with their connection o. The one i have dt is leaving in december isnt actually a professional nanny. She happens to be a mum to my cousin's friend and when she heard i was stranded last year when i was resuming work and didnt have anyone,she offered to come and help.she has been so good to us and takes very good care of my LO.just thinking about how we will cope when she's gone makes me sad.Replacing her is a major issue now cos i dont know if i can use any of these agencies with all d scary stories we hear everyday. I used dem once and dey sent me a 22yr old girl whi didnt last more than a month. All she ever did was browse on her phone make calls to her boyfriends and eat all d food in d house. She cldnt even change a diaper but had to teach her. Eventually i found out frm d security guy that anytime i sent her to buy drinks or whatever,she was seen kissing and doing all sort with some guy on our street. Barely 1month and already has a boyfriend in d area. Dts y i decided i wld rather go for an elderly person who has experience being a mum and isnt crazy about social media and all cos dts what really distracts these young ones.
