Politics / Re: Greatest Nigerian War General Of All Time by ETLDude: 1:45pm On Jan 06, 2009
Maxsolli, must defer my judgement on Nigerian war generals to you, read quite a lot of your posts, know you are well versed on Nigerian Military history,
A few points here,
Adekunle can't be denied glory for his war effort, a soldier in battle is a soldier and fights real enemies, the preponderance of any side is irrelevant, lets give him credit,
Credit should also be given to Aguiyi-Ironsi, to command a UN battalion in the dangerous Central African Republic called Congo, in the early 60's is no mean feat, worth commending,

, Someone commented on Hitler’s prowess as a General, but for Hitler's ignorance and flagrant disregard for opinions from tried Generals like Rommel, Keitel etc. Germany would have ruled the world, at least for a while,
Germany did not invade Russia in winter, started well before Winter, Leningrad and Moscow where there for the taking, The under-belly of the Croc laid bare waiting for the fatal blow, alas Hitler ordered a detour,
Long and interesting story of the intrigues of WW2,

Certification And Training Adverts / Re: Who Knows About SAP And ERP? by ETLDude: 2:47pm On Mar 05, 2008
MD of SAP Nigeria, nice thoughts, suppose I can reach you on 08035205333,

This is for the Guy Interested in SAP,
Worth mentioning SAP has quite a number of modules, and the expertise required to administer them are different though they might intersect at some point,
Channelling your energy towards the module that best suits your current experience is the way forward,
So much ado about SAP BW….the frenzy is on…but hey…does it suit you!!!
Take a step back….ponder on which career path you want to pursue…, And don’t let the ‘big money syndrome ’ blind a sensible and well thought out plan…,
Programming / Re: Java Or C++ by ETLDude: 11:12am On Mar 04, 2008
I concur with Sandylips, Depends on what you hope to achieve and how , Also, existing applications will play a big role,
after all said and done, all applications have their pros and cons,
SayoMarvel , a lot more constructive criticism would do and less vitriolic statements would suit our eyes,  grin

cheers,
