We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the principal’s working life and communication.

Responsibilities
Act as the point of contact between the principal and internal/external correspondence
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Produce reports, presentations and briefs
Schedule meetings and manage calendars
Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
Run errands as requested
Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
Coordinate events and speaking engagements
Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
