Please someone should help me out.

I paid IHS fee for my partner and it showed payment declined but I received a confirmation email stating that the transaction was successful.

I need urgent reply cos I don't know what to do.

You have to make transactions as much as you can (ie debit and credit) especially on the 28th day provided you did not go beyond the required amount and print on the 29th day and send to your school
