In the spirit of mingingly; #team August hope am on track? Update so far:
1. Was on folic acid before/till 9weeks.
2. Have been seeing obyn monthly since 9weeks
3. Been taking Rainbow light prenatal one till date.
4. Had urine test once, pap smear test, blood test, std test, all cleared.
5. Anatomy scan at 18 weeks; ok
6. Scheduled for gestational diabetes test, blood count, HIV test, and Tdap vaccine at next appointment (28wks)
7. No shopping yet.

Being uneducated is not an issue. I saw a yoruba woman who couldn't understand 'come' in english get a visa. They have interpreters at the embassy. Let her just know why she's travelling, who she's staying with, for how long etc.

Thanks so much @ladyG; the documents were quiet hhelpful. Please, one of the requirements was having a tie back home, please can having her husband and my sibling serve? I doubt if her bank account is actually active as she runs a small business just to keep busy. What other ways can she prove the strong tie as she will definitely returning home? Sorry for my many question

Greetings wonderful people! We are US LPR, got here through immigrant visa 2014. We are planning on having my mum for a visit around August-september, and also be good opportunity to take care of her (mum)for a while. My questions are:
1. what are the requirements(both our end and her end) for smooth application, successful interview and also the right time to apply?
2. Also she is not educated, how can she cope with interview?
