LadyGuinivere:Thanks so much @ladyG; the documents were quiet hhelpful. Please, one of the requirements was having a tie back home, please can having her husband and my sibling serve? I doubt if her bank account is actually active as she runs a small business just to keep busy. What other ways can she prove the strong tie as she will definitely returning home? Sorry for my many question |
Greetings wonderful people! We are US LPR, got here through immigrant visa 2014. We are planning on having my mum for a visit around August-september, and also be good opportunity to take care of her (mum)for a while. My questions are: 1. what are the requirements(both our end and her end) for smooth application, successful interview and also the right time to apply? 2. Also she is not educated, how can she cope with interview? Thanks for your help. |
