yes i think it should.. i am using this website to calculate mine .. it is helpful to calculate the 28days rule.

I haven't applied yet, but it does state in the requirement list to have a letter from employer... mine was from HR stating my employment details, salary and start date

https://www.timeanddate.com/date/dateadded.html

Kenttoday:

My last payslip was paid on the 25 jan and say I planto apply on Friday the 15th, is this stil within?

Also, my payslips are on company letterhead, do I still need letter from employer to validate

Thanks in advance

I applied with a local government unified marriage certificate and my application was successful. You have nothing to worry concerning the marriage certificate.

Based on the info you've provided, you definitely fall under Category A as you are with Current employer for 6 months or more. Your level of gross annual salary also exceeds the level relied upon. Increase in salary within a certain period doesn't affect anything.

Thank you very much Bourne007

thank you very much .

Throwing this question out here.( Need your experience here, if youve been in this situation)

Has anyone else applied for a spouse visa alone without your kids. and how was the process applying separately for your kids to join you both in UK.

Thank you

thank you very much .

Lexusgs430:

So all you require is £18,600. But also state in your application, your kids are not coming with you now, but would in the future.......

Would sound very strange to them, and expect bureaucratic hoops, when you eventually apply for them.....

And best to find out the process for their application, before you go down this route......

Would you be stating you have dependants (kids) on your husband’s application?....

yes we will, but only hubby will be applying

Can someone please help clarify this.
We have 3 dependants to include in my husband's application but none will be applying for visa when he does.
Do i need to have £27k income because of all 3 dependants seeing as it's only him applying?

or will it be £18600 as none of the dependants will be applying with him?

Going through the appendix 2 form and am stuck. Please help. Thanks!

Hi guys,
please, do you get the A1 results /certificate same day of exam?
And for getting appropriate accommodation, i am moving to a flat this december, to apply for hubby in january, does it matter if the tenancy agreement is just few weeks old or not.
As far as the accomodation is appropriate.
thanks.
