Its a very good post but i tell you alot of People with mouth odour dont know they really have it unless ur being told. One of the Best way to cure mouth odour is by puting a bit of alum into warm water with salt and wait for the alum to disolve then use it to brush and wash ur mouth. Continue this for two weeks and i tell you you Will have a fresh breath because the alum Will wash off all the bacterial off ur mouth. I told alot of People this and they appreciate this and its totally safe because alum it self is used to purify water

Pls i have a habit am finding it difficult to leave up till now. Am 39 yrs but still single and each time i Cook i still find my self scraping the bunt under part of the pot. Sometimes i even dish out the food untouched but i Will make sure i scrap the pot first before even going to eat. I have loose lots of relationships because of this and my Last relationship ended because after making indomie for my girlfriend and her course mate i was scraping the pot and when She left She dint sound very good to me again but i was only being my self. Pls i have tried using frying pan to Cook instead of pot but i even do worse because its easier to scrap. Pls how can i avoid this habit?
