DeRay98:don't mind them. Kenya don't have a stadium, they are building new ones which will not be ready even till 2019. |
Pidgin2:the reason why I didn't not mention the National Stadium in Lagos is because that Stadium need a lot of work and won't be ready within three months. Nigeria have alot of stadiums that's need upgrade and renovation. Other African countries that have been hosting the AFCON and CHAN tournament tournament doesn't have a better stadiums than us, ours is far better than them. Those Stadiums I mentioned are not ready to host any games even if the game is going take place tomorrow. All we need is to go and clean the chairs and the environment of the stadiums. |
safarigirl:they are already Stadium in Nigeria That doesn't need upgrade but clean up. E.g The Abuja Stadium need clean up, Taslim Balogun Stadium is there. Akwa Ibom State Stadium The new River State Stadium ( can't pronounce the name) The new Kastina Stadium Even Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin can also host any game. All those Stadiums are good to host any game. And thier capacities is 30k and above. We all see the kind of stadiums other African countries use to host AFCON games ,ours is better than those ones |
Some of you here are saying Nigeria don't have the infrastructure to host the CHAN tournament. I just want to Ask you guys, how many stadiums did Kenya have before they were given the hosting rights? Just one qualify Stadium, and the pitch is very bad, the rest of what they called Stadium is like training pitch, all those Delta State local government headquarters stadiums are far better than them. Nigeria doesn't need a new stadium to host any tournament. Nigeria have enough stadiums, what Nigeria need to do is renovate and upgrade some of the stadiums capacity. |
cuvox:don't mind them, that's how they Wii hand over all Delta State property to other people and even sell the state ![]() |

Efewestern:there are so many abandoned projects in Delta State , and is giving the state a bad image, Nothing good is going on in our dear State. |
Efewestern:we or the government? If the government is actually fair and truthfully to us I don't think they will be anything like abandon projects. How can you award a contract to a company without the company giving you feeds back on what is the going on with the projects, and Why is the government not following up every projects they have awarded to any company. The Government knows what they are doing, if you find out very well, you will see that the government didn't actually do their part of the agreement with the companies they awarded the contracts to that's why majority of the projects have be abandoned. |
The abandoned Gbaregolor/ Esanma bridge leads to Senator James manager home the senator representing Delta South in the Senate. The same bridge leads Akugbene the home town of the rep and chairman committee on NDDC, Nicholas Mutu. This bridge also connect two communities Ezebiri and Ogodobiri home of broadrick Bozimor ( former minister of police affairs) and PZ Aginigha ( former NDDC boss). The road is already an abandoned projects, the people are calling on NDDC, DELSOPADEC and the state government to come to their aid.

Griffon:ok |
O.P can lie for Africa, That's not a federal road, that's a state roads, and that's not the major road travellers pass when going to the East, maybe the driver wants to do short cut and you guys got stuck there. Am also thanking God the Governor is from that region if not Delta Igbo would said Urhobo are marginalizing them by not giving them the basic amenities they deserve. |
