Striker Gbolahan Salami is a major doubt when Warri Wolves visit a resurgent Shooting Stars of Ibadan Wednesday in a rescheduled Glo Premier League match, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.
Salami is Wolves'leading scorer in the current campaign with six goals.
Checks by Completesportsnigeria.com reveal that the Super Eagles striker did not travel with the Wolves team to Oghara for last Sunday's match day 16 clash with Bayelsa United, on account of one match suspension following two yellow card offences.
"He used that opportunity to ask for permission to travel to Lagos but since that time, he has not shown up in the team," Etu Moses, manager, media and publicity of the club disclosed.
"The team travelled out to Ibadan on Tuesday without him, so that's the situation on ground," he lamented.

taiocol: Wolves gate 200 X 500 spectators =100k. If Wolves throw gates open and gets an average of 5000 spectators. There will be getting 500k from LMC, and if average of 1000 buys the team replica jersey for 1000=1 million from Jersey sales 1 million + 500,000 =1.5 million 1.5 million- 100k =1.4 million. Now that's lot of money from a match day. I bet there won't get up to that amount from tickets sales for the whole of the season..
Sometimes just think out off the bus u even have time talking sense to those haters, u shld first of all ask them the capacity of their stadium and the amount of their jersey before talking to them. |

honeric01: Because others didn't complain makes it right?
Did the others set the rules for FIFA? why didnt he complained at the beginning of the game? As others didnt set the rules doesnt make him to complain when wolves equalise |

u dey answer that hater taiocol: Every one with his own policy. For a team like Warri hardly get 500 hundred in stadium to watch the team play. The best wolves can do is to throw the get open to the fans and get money back from sells of replica jersey, caps, bracelets and other team kits. The money that will be gotten will cover 500 times the money club like wolves will ever get from sells of gate tickets |

honeric01: Wetin cause encroachment? when wolves was losing 2-1 to abia warriors, a fan of wolves was at the track kneeling down and praying for wolves not to lose, as he was praying, wolves then equalise, before we could know what is going on,the coaching crew of abia warriors went to meet the fan and told him to leave the stadium that he is using juju, then the guy told him that he cant leave the stadium that he is fan and also an indegene of the state, that a foreigner cant tell him to leave his state stadium when he know that he did nothing wrong, thats when other fans get angry and started throwing things into the stadium. |
