We are finding difficult to conclude this drama because of who bears the cost of delivery

The new buyer is not ready to pay for delivery since its an item the old buyer wants to return

Mr michlins is reluctant to pay for the cost of delivery even after giving his commitment of sending the item to any address I give him after I give him his refund

Who paid for delivery in the first purchase?

If I buy something, arrange for pickup or pay delivery charges to get it to me, and it needs to be returned for one reason or the other (except if it my fault like picking wrong size or something similar), I forgo the initial cost of receiving and let the seller cater for the cost of returning to him.
If however, the return is my express fault such as picking wrong size and similar situations, I'd cater for both delivery costs.
