I was told to blind Scan, I can only see channel search on it. I have try but no channel has come up. I will really appreciate any help I can get from here

I didn't root my phone but i have twrp installed, so I received update notification and i download it, on rebooting system to install it took me to twrp and i dont know what to do from there. I don't want to loose my files oo or better still how do i get back to stock recovery

You will not loos any of your file. just follow this simple steps if you still have the rom on your phone.

clear Dalvick / ART cache and cache and reflash the rom using twrp.
