Federal has done their own investigation long before now, amd they've closed it too because of little or no evidence, the people that can stand as witness have criminal records so no judge will admit to have them in the stand. I heard he has even bribed the women that could have stood as witness in court, so for now there's no case again. Only hope is for the house ethics committee finding to get leaked so he can be buried politically.
