Life is what tempts people to smoke. Life uses mechanisms and the most effective is the hormone Dopamine. Dopamine is a natural hormone in our Brains that produces senssations of pleasure. The chemicals in most substances that people smoke is what triggers the release of Dopamine. The more often a person smokes, the more addicted they become. Their Brain cell receptors (nurons) become damaged and keep calling for action. They send messages to other parts of the Brain and also the Stomach which is like a 2nd Brain, to create cravings

I think people confuse nothingness with the Dark Universe. The concept of nothingness is too abstract to concieve. However, the Dark Universe, the one we see when we peer into Telescopes at night is percievable even if there was only 1 Star, our Sun. That is because the Dark Universe is Pure Dark Energy. It is all around us and is the medium that Light travells in a wave through. There is no such thing as a Light particle travelling from the Sun in 8 minutes to reach the Earth. Light is the process of a wave moving through the medium.

Ok, with that out of the way, I will explain how the physical universe come into being. Pure Dark Energy is abstract and exists as waves. Physicists have labelled its properties alomg what is known as the Elecro-Magnetic Spectrum. To create matter, Pure Dark Energy Waves flux, (cut into half waves) until particles of matter emerge. The first particle is what created Space-Time because it became quantitative. It is also known as a Star. We can only speculate that the first Star is at the center of the universe but we know the process is happening all the time because there of billions of other stars since then.

Do good things in life. Help others. Be social and an asset to your community. Expect nothing in return. Its called Goodwill

*from my dad experience in 'gone to heaven and back' 23 years ago, he said he met someone that told him "I am you and I've been to earth before you"

I dont know about the second part because I havent died and come back but the first part is in history.

The Hebrews who were the creators of the Torah, came into Africa (Kush) they saw that it was beautiful, unlike the deserts of the Middle East. They called it the Garden of Eden. They did not see pale skinned people like themselves so they said "let us make man in our own image". You were walking along and because you were gazing you fell into a pit. The option for "Religion" on any form or circumstance does not mean you have to list your belief. Putting Agnostic simply means you dont believe in a god. You confuse yourself because you cannot believe that someone can live without believein in a god and that god hasnt struck him with Lightning. All Muslims are potential terrorists because you are intolerant of Free Thinking unlike Christians. You are willing to distroy Life itself to fulfill your develish desire to be with Allah.

These are all Desire Dependent things that people who (cannot think) use to attract attention to themselves. They are attractions just like beauty itself. They are Mechanisms of the unknowing just like a flower uses color and sweetness to attract insects for the purpose of spreading Pollen to the opposite sex of its own species (yes, yes, most plants come in two sexes and has to devise clever ways to mate).

In essence people who dress like this and people who allow themselves to be attracted by it are functioning on a lower level of Life. See them and say thanks for doing a great job

Let us use our Senses and not our Desires

Islam has always been jealous of Judaism and Christianity. It was only after Jews created a mystery god and the Romans adopted it that they saw the power of the mystery god concept and created Allah. The main problem with Islam is its more self-disciplined. They develop their faith so strongly that it wipes all sense from its followers minds. Conscience and Desire are supposed to balance each other for sanity to exist within people. They suppress their desires so deeply that Love and Empathy, which are products of Desire, also disappear. They become like loveless machines or Zombies. Life will never allow such a condition to prosper too long in humanity.

Much respect to Religion for serving as a useful interface to manage the flaws of human nature. For two thousand years, religion has been able to harnesses the unethical nature of Europeans so that in their quest for world domination they didn’t drive Africans into complete extinction. Although some of us know different, the general consensus for their perceived empathy was the fear of retribution from their imaginary god.

Today most religions are in deep trouble. Christianity is faltering as it loses credibility and membership in Europe and Western countries. Its leaders are sending multitudes of missionaries into Africa to keep it afloat. Islam is in trouble due to the prevalence of its followers to engage in extremist and terrorist activities. A fellow member of Nairaland Forum suggested that religion itself was not the problem; the problem is that people cannot follow the guidelines of their religions. I say no! The problem with religion is right there in the guidelines.

So what is the problem with religion? The problem with religion is that people do not understand their own Brain therefore they will never conquer the flaws of human nature. Ask most Christians what this line means and they wont get it right.

“The Lord is my Sheppard, I shall not want.”

The key word in this line is “Want”. Want is a product of Desire and Desire is a base instinct of human nature. The main preoccupation of religion is to conquer the Wants and Desires of Life to focus on God. It is why religious people Fast and Pray in obedience to develop their self-discipline. This is all great stuff so what is the problem them? The problem is God/Allah. Why? The presence of an illusionary entity automatically creates (Want) all over again.

People Desire the paradise of heaven where they can chum it up with god. Some people even want him to give them a harem of virgins as reward for their faithfulness to him (very sad). People never really conquer their Wants and Desires; they just replace the object. They compete and overlook Goodwill toward others in order to be the most righteous, the most loyal, and the most faithful in the eyes of their god. In some religions the faithful will even kill others who do not agree with their beliefs and perceive it as a good thing.

Any Religion that teaches that people will gain favor for being faithful to another person, or god is useless in truly controlling human nature. Life is a better alternative. It created you, it feeds and sustains you, and it makes you happy in return for helping it to survive and thrive on its journey toward universal awareness. Life is neither jealous or praise hungry, it just requires understanding and respect. 320ro

Your conscience is the reason for the dream. You are religious but you like this crotch grabbing, skin bleaching, desire dependent and self destructive Michael. He went against everything you believe but he made you feel good, didn't he? Things that make us feel good are not a sin unless they corrupt our moral bearings. If you havent bleaching your skin, gotten plastic surgery, or taking drugs, you've survived and your conscience is working.

Life is a single conscious entity. Physically diverse and abstractly purposed to survive and thrive at all costs.
Ask yourselves, "why do Birds like seeds when their bodies cannot digest seeds?" Think of all the possible reasons outside of a god ordaining it.

Nature shows us all the time how consciousness can exist without a host. Consciousness is generated in the Corpus collosum Strya, the area between our two Brain hemespheres. In this area Nurons in nerve endings spark to transfer electrical energy between Nurons. This is the essence of cognition. The same Electricity in our brain is the same Electricity that produces Lightning. Where does Electricity come from because Electricity is not a quantitative substance but a Force. The whole universe is a giant Electro-Magnetic field that moves in waves. That energy can become real matter through a process and its not the Big Bang or through the hand of an illusionary being. If you believe in religion you would probable know that religion teaches that we are currently in the Devil’s reign. It is a period of time/history where god gave the devil freedom to inflict death and destruction in the world to purge the non-believers from the believers. According to religion that is why there is so much evil in the world and the only way to be saved is through faith and righteousness. Nonsense!

God and the Devil are anthropomorphic representations of human behavior. God represents the good qualities produced by our Conscience and the Devil represents the bad qualities produced by our Wants and Desires. The Spirit of the universe created humans with 2 basic instincts; fear of death and an inclination back towards itself. Through (Fear of Death and Spirituality) we develop things to comfort us by making us Happy in our time on earth until we return to the Spirit.

Unfortunately our Wants and Desires have overridden our Conscience so now we function primarily to feed our Desires in order to be Happy. This is the Devil’s Reign and anyone can be a Devil; man, woman, black, or white. As long as you function without giving conscious thought to your actions; you are a servant of yourself. Now imagine the state of a society where everyone is functioning primarily to make themselves Happy. Conscience help us.

Much respect to you for a very thoughtful and truthful post. I try to tell people these same things all the time, especially how hebrew philosophers created the most powerful god. A Mystery God that you cannot see or hear and all you have to do is Believe and have Faith. Today a thinking person will ask "so why and how is god so powerful if he/she is not real" and I say, it shows the power of the human Mind. Africans can think and create as is evident in the schools and universities. All we have to do is challenge our Fears, chalenge Superstitions, and challenge religious beliefs that produce Wishful Thinking. We can change the world, we just have do more critical thinking. If there was a god it might as well be the government, google, facebook or any other data collecting entity that is collecting info on everything we do and everywhere we go on the internet. Governments collect data for national and personal security. Google and facebook collects data to make money from advertisers or anyone else interested in the things we do.

Spirit is the abstract Pure Dark Energy Waves (PDEW) from which Matter infinitely emerges and returns. It is also the thing that holds the universe together by way of the forces it produces in the physical realm. Often referred to as the Electromagnetic Spectrum, it produces major forces such as; Magnetism, Electricity, Gravity, strong and weak nuclear energies. These forces also act in producing Light, Heat and Pressure to regulate the atmosphere that sustains Life on Earth.

Although Spirit cannot exist in the physical universe it acts to regulate it. Any living thing that has a Pineal Gland can communicate directly with the Spirit but without heightened awareness it is a one-way communication or if your Pineal Gland is calcified there will be no communication at all so your DNA deteriorates. Total darkness activates the Pineal Gland so our Minds can communicate with with the Spirit. The gland converts abstract energy into physical matter in the form of Melatonin which guides us Spiritually as well as to heal our Soul (living tissue).

Furthermore, we deteriorate physically because we are not aware of the Spirit and its healing properties. Instead we rely on creations of our imagination (gods) to comfort our lack of awareness. Light and other White Noise Radiation should be eliminated when we sleep as well as avoiding mind altering Drugs and engage in unaccountable behavior which further isolates our consciousness from the rest of Life.

Spirit is the creative force behind the universe. If such a thing as a god existed Spirit would be it but we are wiser than to try to describe such a force with our limited human perception.

When I look up I see the SUN. "A place with no night" Heaven.

Life only exists here. The reason why humans are searching for Life elsewhere is because of a clever process involving Fear of Death and a lack of Universal Awareness. We are Life's most useful Tools

In Dohgon Spirituality the Sun is both Heaven and Hell

Most people who have had near-death experiences often explain seeing a distant but enticing light. They also explain that the light pulls at them as if it were inviting them home to a comforting place. Dohgon Spirituality explains that light as the Sun and everyone who dies will have to face it. Some Souls will go through it, some Souls will get trapped on its surface, and some Souls will refuse to go toward the Light and remain on Earth. That is because the Sun is both Heaven and Hell.

All religions describe two fictional places called Heaven and Hell. God lives in Heaven which is described as a paradise. On the Day of Judgment he will choose only his most faithful to enter. Hell is described as the home of the Devil. It is an extremely hot and tormenting place where all bad people will be imprisoned for eternity. In Dohgon Spirituality RA plays a very important role. It represents both the physical and Spiritual aspects of the reality we exist in because it is the only gate between both realms. Dohgon Cosmogony explains the Sun as having a Carbon core. Particles of Matter are created in the core through a Permutation process and are pushed to the Sun’s surface. They then attach to energy waves and are distributed into the Universe. Light is a particle that rides on Pure Dark Energy Waves until the waves lose velocity and they fall off.

All energy exists in three states; Spirit, Soul, and Physical. Spirit is a high energy state that needs no medium to move from A to B. It can exist in two places simultaneously. Soul is lower energy state that needs Matter to travel, like Light, Wind, and Vapor. Physical is a very low energy state. It needs one thing to physically manipulate another thing to facilitate movement.

Humans are living Souls trapped in a low energy form. We can elevate our energy signature but we cannot transform into a Spirit until we die. The determining factor as to whether we transform or not is the weight of our Soul. Our Soul’s weight depends on how we function in life in terms of Fairness, Equity, and Accountability. In other words; did our Soul remain fit because we exercised our conscience as much as we could or did our Souls get fat through an over indulgence on our Desires.

When we die we all will immediately recognize the abstract energy signature of the Sun as a great enticing Light. Those who’s Souls are afraid to face it because of the unethical life they’ve lived and because they are addicted to physical gratification, will resist the Sun’s pull. They will remain trapped in a gray zone between the abstract and physical realm and roam the Earth as Ghosts.

Those who choose to go toward the Light will experience either one of two things; they will either get trapped on the surface or go through to the core where their Souls will be transformed into a pure energy Spirit. If the weight of your Soul is light enough you will break the Sun’s surface and travel to its Carbon core. Then you will be transformed into Pure Dark Energy and exist outside of Time and Space as a Spirit.

If you go toward the Light and you’ve not lived your life using Fairness, Equity, and Accountability your Soul will be too heavy to pass through the surface but by that point you wont be able to turn back. The everlasting ocean of fire will trap you as it did other unethical Souls like you.

Friend, do you believe there was a time before religions? How did people function in those times and why was religion a necessity to alter the way we lived before religion?

Greed and ignorance are not the products of a linear existance or inevitability. They are the product of manufactured desires like consumerism. Tell people that a paradise awaits but only a chosen few will see it. Then make it harder for people to live by mortgaging their land and every resource within it. Remember, the concept of land ownership was foreign to Africans before Europeans divided it up colonially. Now, subject people to hard labor and soon they begin to Desire the promise of Heaven. We exist in a false reality where unethical byproducts of a (survival of the fittest) mentality then has to be regulated by religions

Perhaps, the incapability of men to exude "perfection" encourages her to misrepresent religion ( the God factor, paradise promise, hell warning or what have you). In it's pristine form , religion doesn't necessarily have anything to do with those entities enlisted, cos it rather attempts to serve as a tool to engrave norms (good ones), ensure fairness and maximise societal potentials by capitulating morality over materialism thus maintaining some level of serenity. . . If it then employs tactics that keep adherents hope up to achieving this ultimate aim, Permit me to project religion as perhaps the most outstanding invention of manever. If however it isnt effective or in this medium encourages diversity and disparity, common sense should have it that a car that got into a fatal accident did not drive itself. The problem thus is not with religion (the car) but with the driver who had failed to follow all requirements and instructions peculiar to successfully driving and reaching the desired destination.

Perfection is a pursuit of one’s Conscience. Conscience encourages moral thinking so if someone endeavors to be perfect they will always weigh the morals of every action. Religions are operating systems filled with morals to guide us to perfection. We enforce our morals using Self-Discipline. Fasting, praying, and attending service to suppress our Desires.

I agree when you say that religion is not the problem, it’s the people who cannot follow the guidelines. However, my argument is that religions are filled with illusions and false promises therefore they produce unethical characteristics in people.

Examples. We are all afraid of death so religion promises eternal life. We all want wealth and influence so religion promises all those things in heaven. The promises of heaven are illusions, which causes people to do unethical things to achieve them. Europeans believe that all people need to know Jesus so they send missionaries to indoctrinate the indigenous people of the world. Besides spreading diseases they rape and molest boys and girls alike. The Arabs do the same with their Allah and go about killing those who will not submit.

Humans are imperfect therefore the only perfect Moral Interface (religion) should be one that protects Life at all costs.

Very interesting thread and very thoughtful opinions about humanity's reliance on religion. As a non believer who has read the bible I respect it for its attempt to harness human behavior however, the fact remains that all religions have the same fault; they dont know how Life works. Opium. It is an example of what Life can do to those who do not understand it. It activates Dopamine, the same hormone that produces happiness when someone smiles at you. But Opium in excess causes Desire dependancy and addiction. People lose control of their lives and not even religion can save you.

The fact is humanity is in despair because religion is not perfect and never will be. There is no god, no juses, no angels and demons. Only humans trying to find purpose. Before Jewish philosophers came up with a (mystery god) all cultures had idols which they had to guard so their enemies couldnt inflict the ultimate disrespect on them by destroying their god idol. If we could only begin to view Life as a living entity the same way we believe in illusions we could then begin to respect Life and understand its mechanisms. We could give up on wishful thinking and dreams of drinking milk and honey and walking on streets of gold in an illusionary place called heaven and work on making were we live a better place.

You are describing Human behavior and like most people you fail to see Life. Life begging where molecules of matter string together to form DNA. This is not a greeting message nor a piece of complementary. I am baffled with the miseries of life and It's high time I put these enigmas online.
Many have thought in same line with me But some have failed in asking the most mind-blowing question "What is life?". Apart from the common conception of life as The period of time during which an object is recognizable Which is the broad definition of life as it relates to human, animal and plant. Do we see life beyond this? The "spirikoko " does not just see life in this view, there is an after life Where after the death of the earthly body, the soul join with God in heaven (that is If the body live a righteous life while on earth)..Hey! ,hold it right there, Why do we live knowing well that we will die eventually? Is there any reason I came into this world? Do I have a
purpose? Why did nature created of me? These are some of the question that bother my mind for a while now.

Life was created by the Great Spirit of the Universe. LIfe is conscious but not Aware (it doesnt know what it is) so its on a quest for universal awareness. Each of us is born as a part of that quest to collect information and feed the collective intelligence of Life. We are unaware that we are tools because if we knew our true purpose we may choose not to participate and commit suicide. Therefore Life equipts us with Desires to facilitate a sense of happiness.

We created gods to give ourselves purpose then surpress the Desires of Life to serve our gods. (Religion is a self descipline exercise) Humans only have 2 mental states, (Conscience and Desire).
