coolbatty:Are you applying for same position? 2 and half months. |
I took for 2 reasons: 1. Ive never worked in a standard multinational coy before. So it would be a great experience for me. 2. In the offer letter, theres a clause that says I can leave whenever I want, but with 2 weeks notice. So, while there I will keep on applying for more permanent and better paying jobs and will leave as soon as I get something better. Except, I see signs that they plan to retain me as full staff. But honestly, I think I.m going to have a great time there. I sense it somehow. |
coolbatty:Yes. I did. Just completed my medicals today. |
DesChyko:First, a 3000mAh battery capacity isn't too low. Second, it's not out of place to pair it with a 5.5 inches screen. The iPhone 7plus is just 5.5 inches with a battery of 2900mAh. Is Apple also making dishonest phones? Honestly, I so don't get what you mean or where you are driving at? |
DesChyko:Just like I said earlier, this phone is probably not sufficient for your daily needs. There are other capable phones in the Tecno family that will give you you a run for your money. Check L8, J8, Phantom 5, Camon C9, etc The brand is reasonably trying to cater for the phone needs of a wide range of users, including those who miltitask heavily and those who barely do. It's a free world of choices and the brand recognizes this. That's commonsensical enough. |
DesChyko:Not everyone needs that much of multitasking. This is their phone. If you really need lots and lots of multitasking, you should look towards Phamtom 5(3gb RAM), Camon C9, L8, Boom J8- All 2GB RAM. |
DIKEnaWAR:The problem is I see with some people is an inherent desire to keep dwelling in past. I used to be a staunch critic myself until I had an experience of using one of the latest devices. Truth is, Tecno as a brand has moved on from it's humble beginnings and people should learn to do the same. It doesn't matter if some stubbornly refuse to smell the coffee, the brand has for a long run been a best-seller in Nigeria and Africa and it's more than likely to be at that point time and again. |
Buhari should follow suit and sack Lai Mohammed and Kemi Adeosun. |
why not buy a .com.ng domain name locally instead of taking our money outside. Buy Nigerian. |
I really don't need up to 50 apps running on my phone, at least I multitask on nothing less than 10 apps to keep my day going. Something very difficult for my current phone to keep up with. ![]() But if this phantom 6+ can run 50 apps simultaneously without blinking, what is my 10 apps requirement to it? Can't wait to get my hands on this ![]() |
My patience is always put to test whenever my phone gets stuck while handling with it. Regardless of the reason, I feel like smashing it on the floor sometimes. However, when I remember how much I purchased it, I just don’t have any choice but to behave myself. How many apps can a phone actually hold at a go? Statistics from Flurry shows that majority of people who connect to the Internet on their smartphones do so via apps. Mobile apps have become very popular that these days, it seems as if there is an app for almost everything. Unfortunately, because of our love for apps, several people tend to run them concurrently on their smartphones without thinking about its adverse effect. While switching between different apps at the same time seems more like fun and convenience to us, it directly burdens the smartphone and causes it to underperform. No freezing – keep 50 apps running at a go Though I consider it a bit overkill for anyone to attempt to run 50 apps concurrently on smartphone, I think some of us try to reach this level without even knowing. Unclosed applications drain our battery and cause a lag in the device’s processing time. Interestingly, TECNO in its usual attempt to disrupt the smartphone market has demonstrated during a performance test that the highly anticipated Phantom 6 Plus will be able to hold 50 applications at the same time without it having any unfavorable effect on the functionality of the phone. Although, I consider this farfetched, I would simply take a chill and wait for the amazing phantom 6 Plus selling on market(I heard that many people want to purchase it beacuse of its cost-effective ultra-high performance), knowing that there is actually very little that you cannot do when a deca-core processor powers your smartphone, as is the case with the Phantom 6 Plus. I agree with you on the phone part most especially. Because the most affordable android phones in Nigeria has been Tecno. In fact, the first time I saw an android phone was when my friend bought Tecno P5 in 2013 and I was amazed at the affordability. ![]() |
I wanted a Samsung phone but their cost was much for a person without a job. So I went a Tecno brand with similar specs but more affordable. |
These are the kind of schools where they speak mostly Yoruba. |
For me, the Recycle Bin feature you mentioned is certainly number 1 for me. Thats really really a great feature on a smart phone. ( It's actually my first time seeing this on a phone). 2. Just the way I like slim girls, this phone is slim the way I want it. 3. The 3 cameras on the phone( What! Are these guys nuts?) 4. The fast charge 5. The OS Marshmallow (Makes me want to eat). |
It is a waste of time. |
Nice butt |
Abdstrakt:Really? Please try posting the link here so we can follow up on what is in the pipelines. ![]() |
dejiWEST:Rooting is safeas long as you know what you are doing. But don't try it if you got no clue or you fry up your sweet phantom. |
Oocc:What I'm saying is general. Not referring to you in anyway personal. Just stressing you dont need any God or whatever unseen beings to get a job. Praying to God for a job is a waste of time and efforts. What you need are at least those 3 things I mentioned. Smart hardworking, helpful network and sheer luck. |
Dude, you will be wasting your time praying, fasting or doing occult with babalawo because there is no God or Satan to attend to you both ways. What gets you a job is your intelligence, network or sheer luck, not God or Satan. Have you tried teaching or security work? They are the easiest jobs to get because many people don't like doing them. Put your mind on jobs that people don't like, it can increase your chance. While you do the teaching or security job, Try your best to buy at least a desktop computer and a phone with wifi internet. And follow jobs listed on job/vacancies board on Nairaland or other sites and continue submitting your soft copy CV. Most of the jobs are online now. Check the requirements wanted by employers and see if you can learn those skills to be better qualified. The marrying aspects are trivial if you get money bro. |
samintegrity:Thanks for the link. |
Lai Muhammed always available to lie. |
Its 50k. |
I went today and they offered me 50k for 1 year. My current jobs offer N15k more and is permanent. I tried talking the HR into how to get permanent offer. He said I only need to impress my boss to recommended for permanent stay if there's a vacant space but if not I will be let go. I have until Monday to make a decision. Just confused now. |
callmelanner:43k-slot 44k-jumia |
missslimzy:It comes with an iris scanner instead. |
My Lenovo phone keeps crashing my apps. What's happenning? |
callmelanner:Haba, Nigerians! That phone is a scaled down version of C9 made for low-budgeters who want the features of the C9 at reduced cost. If you want more battery, go for C9 nau. |
You can visit the nearest Carlcare shop for better technical solution. |
moscobabs:Thanks. Im really disappointed in this firm despite their hard test and frustrating interview. Was thinking it will be around 80-100k for interns. |
Olaoke16:20k? Pls is this an actual fact? |
