For all MMFs, pay out of interest is anytime on or before the 7th of the next quarter, irrespective of the time you start. For example, if an investor starts on the 30th of December and opts for interest payout, the investor gets interest for 30 and 31st December paid to his/her account at the end of the quarter.
So payout of all MMF is:

latest 7th Jan, 7th April, 7th July, 7th October of every year, irrespective of the time you started your investment.

Please note it could be much earlier or a little later than the 7th, depending on the fund manager or the circumstances surrounding them at that time.
