Am a Nigerian and I like Nigerian Jollof rice. I have travelled to Togo, Benin, Ivory Coast, Ghana and Senegal. Believe it or not Ghana & Senegal are the best when it comes to preparing Jollof rice.

My father died when I was 5.....on the day of his burial one of my uncles told me that I shouldn't cry because my Dad has gone to rest and he will be back on his 1 year memorial service. But before one year I realized that others who died before him did not come back after 1 year
