This is one area the govt and Cbn has been over looking , if banks buys dollar at the interbank fx at 310 or there about wats the rationale behind it selling to customers at 400 .. My only fear and uncertainty in all these is the unstable nature of men. Men are known to change very much after marriage and i really don't know why.
