You could easily check their specs differences on Gsmarena and Kimovil. I don't have all the time.

RN9s - A Redmi Note 9 Pro with a 48MP Samsung GM2 main sensor, a slower 18W charging and no NFC.
RN9 Pro - An RN9s with a 64MP Samsung GW1 main sensor, a faster 30W charging and NFC every other spec is shared between RN9S
Poco X3 - Slightly faster and Newer Processor, Higher Refresh Rate(120hz), Stereo speakers, 33W charging, Sony 64MP main sensor, slightly bigger battery, a better Ultrawide and Selfie Camera and a downgraded macro camera(This one is useless for 90% of phone users sha)

As for price, I don't sell phones so do due diligence by checking the thread store. RN9s and RN9 Pro are readily available in Nigeria. Poco X3 wasn't launched here but Macbeyland on the thread store has.

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do by yourself to break into the admin account as you need technical tools to do so.
Because this is a security feature , it is also wrong to give a tutorial here on how to break into an admin account because it will get to wrong hands.

On the other hand, if your sister has a back-up of her files in another storage or the files are not important to her, she can wipe off everything on the hard drive and do a clean reinstall.
