A lot seem to be happening in Ogun State lately, as a human parts dealer, has been nabbed with roasted human parts by the vigilante in Adeola Ijebu Ode area of Ogun State.

Though he's yet to be identified, the man has been tied up by residents of the area in the viral video shared on social media, with the human parts he was caught with, displayed in front of him.

One of the thieves' victim, has taken to social media, to warn Nigerians about two thieves, who go around pretending to be housemmaids.

She also narrated her story. Here's what she wrote;

"Warning to everyone. Please do not employ these girls in the picture as house helps (the first one in yellow is Mariam while the other is Taiwo). They work with
robbers and fraudsters.

My sister and I got the two girls from the same agent, Mr Salfu from Togo but he lives in Saki area of Oyo stat. The one in yellow worked for me for 6 weeks meanwhile I paid the agent 6 months in advance.

She ran away last week with my gold wristwatch, Samsung grand duos phone and some of my clothes, leaving my son alone in the house with the doors opened, neighbors saw her leaving on a bike with two bags.
The other one left my sister's house after 2 weeks, meanwhile she also paid for 6 months in advance. We have been calling the agent since then and he started by saying we were calling a wrong number, later he stopped picking our calls. Please share to alert everyone."

Cameroonian football star, Samuel Eto'o is currently in Nigeria, and he just visited Peter Okoye, who is also his very good friend at his Banana Island Mansion in Ikoyi, Lagos.

The singer, who was happy that his friend came around, took to Instagram to write;

“Guess who came thru?” the singer captioned one of the photos with the footballer, and in another, added, “At home With @setoo9.”

The duo have maintained an enviable friendship over time.

In 2016, Peter Okoye went on a promotional tour in Europe with the world class footballer and shortly after, reports surfaced that the duo were working on Okoye’s football club.

Veteran Nigerian rapper, Michael Ugochukwu Stephen a.k.a Ruggedman has revealed why he's still unmarried, even though he is in his early 40s.

In his chat with Saturday Beats, Ruggedman disclosed that he's not scared of marriage and gave reasons why he had not tied the knot.

“I am not scared of marriage. I am just tired of meeting women who can’t trust me or women who find it hard to believe that I genuinely like them all because I
am an entertainer. It is a pity because entertainment is my job.

"I know some entertainers are a bit reckless but you can’t assume that all entertainers are the same. When I date, I do my best to put my woman’s mind at rest and let her know she is the one. But it ends the same way. They can’t handle dating an entertainer and they would rather just end the relationship,” he said.

It would be recaled that in the past, the rapper and enterpreneur had been linked with a few women including popular Nollywood actress, Halima Abubakar and former Lux soap ambassador, Laide Olaogun

Director, Lagos State Fire Service, Razak Fadipe, disclosed that the state's fire service has arrived at the scene, with two fire trucks carrying 10,000 litres of water, and are currently battling to put out the inferno.

“A building belonging to FAAN is on fire now at the airport. Two fire trucks are battling with it,” Fadipe said.
The News Agency of Nigeria, NAN, also reported that an official of the National Union of Air Transport Employees, NUATE, identified as Frank, said the Audit unit of FAAN was badly affected by the fire.

Reports on Twitter, revealed that that FAAN staff were forced to vacate the premises when the fire got out of hand.

There are also reports that the huge fire has caused a traffic jam at terminal two of the Murtala Muhammed Airport.

Reacting to Bisi Alimi's post on the chapter of 3 of his escape from Nigeria after coming out as gay 10years ago, a Nigerian lady whose comment on the post was filled with grief, has disclosed that she doesn't know how to tell her family that she's a lesbian.

The lady who praised Bisi for going through all he wrote in his previous posts and now, wrote;

"@bisialimi don't know how you got through that....but that was bravery, don't know how to come out to my family... is so sad."

A fresh graduate of Ebonyi Stte University, Theo, was shot dead by suspected cultists on 8th April 2017, at P3 bar ishieke ABAKALIKI.

It was gathered that he graduated from the department of history and international relations Class 2016. Theo as he was fondly called was said to be coming back from a birthday party, and decided to branch at the bar where he was shot dead.

According to his friends, Theo until his demise was a "cool and jovial guy, who doesn't look for anyone's trouble. He was loved by all." Another guy was also reported shot on the same bar last month but he survived it.

She has also taken to Twitter to disclose how sorry she is for being selfish. She went further to disclose that she been asked to stay away from sharp objects till she's done with the therapy.

In what is considered to be a suicide attempt, another man in Festac area of Lagos took the plunge, jumping into a river and causing traffic in the area, as people stopped by to watch as two men searched for the yet to be identified man in the river with a canoe.

Here's what a Facebook user, Michael O. Dedon who shared the story wrote;

"Another suicide at Festac Link Bridge? The search for the fellow who took the plunge is still ongoing. But what can the two men in the canoe searching with a long stick really achieve?"

Gov. Yari of Zamfara State, who suffered a backlash after he alleged that Meningitis which has hit most Nigerian States, is a punishment from God as a result of fornication, is not letting go of that claim.

Governor Abdulaziz Yari has responded to the comments made by Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, insisting that the comments were half-truth. He also maintained that the outbreak of the disease indeed has a spiritual undertone.

“I stand by my words that if people do not change, God will not change for them. Therefore, I will answer the Emir perfectly and give him the Quran content of the Hadith where I belong to and where I have my fact.

For instance, I made mention that in the past we have Type A, which vaccines have been brought and they have vaccinated over 4 million doses in 2011. “We are now having Type B and Type C which they don’t even know. At the Centre for Disease Control in Chicago where we get our vaccines from, they only have 5 million,” he said. .

Recall that the Emir of Kano had on Wednesday, at the opening of the Kaduna State Economic and Investment Summit, criticised the statement credited to the Zamfara State Governor on meningitis, saying they were horrendous and “Islamically incorrect."

An accident which occurred as a result of a car's brake failure in Sango Ota area of Ogun State, has left a man dead. It was gathered that the man who just alighted from a bike that brought him to a dry-cleaning company, was knocked down by the car after he must have paid the bike guy.

The man who was about entering the dry cleaning company, was knocked across the drainage and died at the spot.

The sad case of police brutality has been brought to the fore yet again as a nursing mother, Mrs. Toyin Adeyeye, and her two month old baby, Heritage, were detained by policemen in Ado-Ekiti, the Ekiti State capital for allegedly refusing to offer bribe at a checkpoint.

Also detained by the policemen was the mother’s younger brother and driver of the vehicle, Adeniyi Dada.

Narrating their ordeal, "they said their vehicle had been stopped by policemen from New Iyin Police Station at a road block in front of the Ekiti Pavilion. After the routine check, they were asked to ‘settle’ before they could proceed; a proposal they flatly refused".

This drew the ire of the cops who descended on them, severely beating the woman’s brother before hauling them, along with their car to the New-Iyin Police Station.
The nursing mother, reportedly just returned from the United States where she had gone to deliver the baby.
Condemning the alleged brutality of the policemen, her husband, Mr. Akanni Adeyeye, slept in the police station in solidarity with his wife.

Meanwhile, Ekiti State Chapter of Federation of International Women Lawyers (FIDA) has launched investigation into the matter, even as the state Commissioner of Police, Abdullahi Chafe, claimed they were investigating claims that Mrs. Adeyeye slapped a policeman on duty.
