I was at the Ikoyi passport office today, and the requirement for the modification of name are the following:
1. marriage certificate
2. newspaper publication
3. change of name affidavit
4. receipt of payment for name change on NIN.
* for number 4 above, you either pay online totaling like 670-700 or you pay 1000 at the people at the desk, and trust me, those people in charge of this thing take money like water. in my presence, a woman paid 5000 just for registration and they even ask her to come back tomorrow.
i am also going back tomorrow for my modification, i got there quite late today, number shared for people doing NIMC has finished before i got there.

Not in every case...depends on the option you choose... There are two options. We keep giving ext money to process for us that's why we complain it takes ages..if you want it to be done fast,process your transcript yourself then pay etx only 5,050 to deliver to wes..

And If etx send transcript after u must have process it from your school, verification will be faster compared to the one received via courier..... I believe this is right from research.

Out of your 4 degrees/options.... Evaluate your BSc and HND to get 2 or more degrees, as you can't get more than that, but its better if you can go for your masters to increase your points/chance.

Based on your age, its better to maximize your IELTS score, for better chance... That's Listening 8.5, Reading 8, Writing 7.5, Speaking 7.5.

In addition, if you get married to a brilliant young lady under 30 years of age, with masters and ready to blast IELTS.

I know the highest degree is what is most important. The question is this: if she uses WES to evaluate only the PgD she obtained from NOUN, will the WES report read equivalent of Two or more Certificates? Or must she evaluate both first degree and the PgD in order for WES report to read equivalent of Two or more Certificates?

Its only if u have masters or phD that u will evaluate the highest degree, in your friend's case, he/she will evaluated both BSc and PGD to get two or more degrees

My question is, her NIN slip carries her maiden name, can we go ahead to process passport with this NIN?

Got an info that you can't do 2 NIN as its against the standard rule.
