Her ECA evaluation with WES has the “name discrepancy statement” on the report, because her first degree was in her maiden name, while she registered with WES using the married surname on her passport. Now she’s about evaluating another degree which was gotten using her married surname. Should she contact WES to explain to avoid confusion, or will a one and same person affidavit post ECA/change of name affidavit(she already has this) suffice?

it is not wrong info. Wes was evaluating as one semester at some point. They just started evaluating it as one year again.

I got mine at ikoyi last month, I had a contact there and paid 40k, a bit much, but considering it came out in less than 2 weeks I didn't really complain too much.

After registering and paying for Wes and Etx, the next thing is to apply for transcript right? YES

On my school transcript portal, during transcript application, there is space for destination organisation, email address, phone number and so on. You will see WES mailing address in your profile, u can put that there.

please I have a question as regards WES.
My wife's name on her credentials differs from her new name as she has changed her name. Is there a need for her to upload her marriage certificate to WES? so that there wont be an issue. Or please how is it done?
2. Our marriage certificate was issued by our church and we were told to take it to the state secretariat for authenticity which we did. It was not stamped and there seems to be no sign that it is authentic. Please I don't know if it will be tenable for the migration process. please kindly shed more light.

my story- i am in Canada , almost done with my school, but i need to bring my spouse in. shes a lawyer with years of experience. her study permit is taking time as vfs is not giving room for biometrics anymore, is it advisable to start the process for permanent residence her while the study permit is in progress? (from pr calculator she can score as much as 467)can she do the pr alone since we don't have a marriage certificate yet? or what do you suggest i do in this situation
