They claim it's malicious. They're insisting on using the courier option and that will take a long time considering the backlog but I'm thinking if more people speak up on the option to them they will believe.

Why not refer them to wes website where it was stated as recommended option? Seems those quack staff there wants to be holier than the Pope.

Use Marital name for WES registration, as I want to believe thats what have in your passport, there is a section for name on certificate, use your maiden name on that since ... No issue

Due to age, its better your wife to be the PA. What is needed from u is your Masters for ECA, and ielts at least 8777, your wife needs get a cert/diploma to add to her BSc so she can claim 2 or more degree for extra point, she needs atleast 8777 in ielts too.

Just thinking if i can send the hard copies of my old transcript to them via DHL or do i have to wait until my school send it directly to them?

I believe UI postgraduate school record office processing transcript should work same way as the undergraduate....

I just applied for my transcript in UI postgraduate, although all payment is made online, submission of all required documents is done in school, they open on mondays, wednesdays and fridays.... People are getting their verification done too.

I haven't changed the yet since i got married. However, i have since done all the change of name stuff ( newspaper and affidavit) but just haven't changed my name on the passoprt. Now my question is, do i use my maiden name to fill the application since that is what i jave on my passport or do i use my married name ?

Any name on your international passport is what u will use for Express Entry application, and any other part like ECA. it doesn't have any side effect, as married women have that liberty.

Except you want to change the name on your passport first before taking any step in the process.

You can't be a registered nurse on arrival in canada, even if u have phD in nursing in naija. What you can do is to apply to school for LPN which takes 2yrs to complete or RN which takes 4yrs to complete. Your best bet is to go for fast track programme, applying with your naija BSc, though you will still write perequsite bfo you will be admitted, this takes about 2yrs to complete RN.

Meanwhile, I dey naija with u. Not in Canada yet.

So I just got my ielts result today and my scores were LRWS 8.5 8.5 7.5 7. Meaning I maxed out all the sections apart from speaking. I expected more from the speaking cos I'm sure I talked better than the 7 I was given.
Anyways, I created my express entry profile and got 478. If I had maxed out my speaking it would have been 481.

In my bsc certificate my name is written in the order Surname MiddleName FirstName which is a common mistake a lot of people make here in Nigeria.

In filling the wes form if I supply FirstName Middle Surname it will contain the 3names but in different arrangements which I don’t know if it will be a problem?

Or should I supply it with current arrangement in my certificate?

How is your name arranged on your passport, i guess the proper way?
I think that should be your main concern. Because that is the arrangement u should use for filling wes registration form, in your degree filling part on wes, u can arrange it the way it is on your certificate, WES will sure report it this way. then later on in the EE process you can explain the wrong arrangement in LOE.

1. My transcripts were in my maiden name and the report stated that " The names on one or more of the academic credentials submitted for evaluation differ from the name indicated above" is this an issue and what would I need to do?

2. Can I use the Canadian equivalency summary to claim 2 or more certificates?

1. It is not an issue at all, that is the normal report for married women with marital name profile and maiden name credentials

2. Yes, it is 2 or more degree.

After making payment, u can just google search passport acknowledge form, it will give u a page option that will request for your verification code (from your online receipt). Once u input this, u will see where to download all the forms requested for submission.
