I never said all gods are the same.
I said all worshipers believe in the supreme God. So an Ogun worshiper still believes there is a bigger God, just the same way the Christains who worship Christ believe in the Almighty God who they refer to as His father, the Muslims also believe in the supreme Go God called Allah.
They all believe I'm the one true God but worship him through various methods.
Please try to real and understood me well.

You can believe in God and not belong to a particular religion.
I have friend who goes to mosque on Fridays, goes to church on Sundays, he never misses any traditional festival or sacrifices of the gods of his father's....

I know very few people with his level of spiritual intelligence.

In Judaism he is called Yahwe.

Notice that every religion believes in fasting.
In every religion they will tell you abstain from sex when you want to get serious spiritually.

Sango
Amadioha etc all believe in the supreme God, who controls life, they only do it through different means.
Same believe in same God different ways

That's why the Igbos have all these deities but they still have Chukwu who is the supreme God.
The Yorubas also have sango, Ogun, etc but they all believe in the God called Eledumare, who is the supreme God in their tongue.
Every culture globally has a name for the supreme God.
Even the Christians believe in Christ just as a Sango worshiper believes in Sango but the Christains also worship who the White man calls the Almighty God, so Jesus is a deity just the same way Ogun is a deity to Ogun worshipers, Christ is deity to Christains.

I am sure I have read and understood the Quran and Hadith more than many Muslims, the same way I have dug deep into the Bible than most christian, swam deep into Judaism, Hindu even the new ones like dudeiam.

I think you are the one who doesn't understand what a fast is.

Let me put it as simple as possible with a very good example...

What you eat in the morning is called "breakfast".
It means you are breaking a fast in the morning, but remember you had dinner the previous night.
The fast is from sun rise to sunset.

So also you are fasting at night from sunset to sunrise that's why what you eat at dawn in called break fast.

Your understanding of what a fast is is not the universally accepted understanding....

Some people break their fast at 12pm and they get the result they want, would you say they didn't fast?

Fast is abstinence from food to pray and seek God. There is no define time for how long you should abstain from food.
So if a man abstains for 6 hours he would be right.
