LCling:You are speaking from ignorance. It's was the supreme court that sent him back to the high Court. The supreme court is higher than the appeal court. So your angle is completely wrong. There is no problem here. |
If madness was a human being. All these things we keep giving excuses for, calling them different names, they will say "go and see a therapist" NA CRASE ohhh. |
Lawyer don dey apply client tactics. This was how Kanu was claiming sickness, delaying his defense till NMA bursted his plans then boooom they jumped into protest. You say you have don nothing wrong, the prosecution don finish their work, Oga go defend your client, lawyer dey run from pillar to post. Now e wan dey fall upandan for Juje, if you like go break leg |
essenjack:You were obviously too young and you chose to believe whatever you were told and not look for facts, now that makes you young and.... PS no body ever said she died in a plane crash, the official report was that she died during surgery. Trying using your brain. It helps |
bazoodo:He was the only one from his set who was CAS. Those in Lagbajas set were the ones who just got retired. Like I said he was was promoted when Lagbaja died so he could hold sit as the CAS right now his set are the ones appointment as Chief of Air Staff and Chief or Naval Staff but he is already ahead because he got promoted last year when he became CAS making him the most senior in his set |
Arry110:If a man opening his butthole for another man is what you call high rating. I rather stay low. You can stay as high as you want bending over for another man...... |
motymop:If your brain work? Kindly show where I said he deserved to die? And to answer your question what is the difference between a gay guy selling his A-hole and a Christian girl preaching the gospel? Your answer will tell you much about your mental health issues. You can't be normal and be comparing the two |
Mrexcell:In western countries do senior officers take orders from junior officers? Your answer is right there in your face. It a global practice |
Broveens42:Hahahahahah So Kanu willm now be released to travel to Lagos, PH and etc to serve Wike Sanwo-Olu and co their subpoenas? What is wrong with the brain of an Ig*bo man for Gods sake. Kanu won't be the first defendant who "chose" to represent himself. On your airhead you think anybody cares? There is no law that says he will be allowed to leave anywhere, he will remain in custody like every other defendant in custody who has defended him self, even Nelson Mandela remained in custody, he only had access to the prison library. Look at how you imagined thrash in you airhead and converted into a law. That he will be allowed to moved to public domain to prepare? Do you see any lawyers preparing for case in public? Kanu made his choice to defend himself... Na inside bush some of una still dey. With this kind of thing you are saying someone from the west will assume people are just jumping from tree to tree in Africa |
MarketDispatch:Na ignorance dey worry most of una. You can't have a general more senior to the CDS. This is how it is done in the military. All Generals take orders from CDS and you are not supposed to take orders from your junior so as soon as a General junior to you becomes CDS you are to retire. That is how it goes |
It's just the normal procedure. They will all retire. All Generals above the rank of the Chief of Defence Staff will retire |
8starmember:If you don't know the meaning of something why not ask or go find out yourself instead of displaying ignorance? Do you know what a subpoena is? The court cna grant on permission to serve a subpoena but who will will serve it on his behalf since he is in custody and his no law firm working for him. His lawyers are supposed to get the subpoena across to Wike, that subpoena is what Wike is talking about. Even if you announce it all over the tv or radio stations if a subpoena is not served physically Wike can decide not to appear. So it's not enough to call witnesses, the witnesses must get a subpoena. With a subpoena they are bound by law to appear, without it, it's a personal choice. Get knowledge before talking in public
|
Kobicove:Of course he will be issued a subpoena. Problem now is Kanu has lost his lawyers so who is going to help him push the subpoena after it's been issued by the court. |
Yes, you will definitely get a summon, he already got approval for subpoena. Even tho I believe this his move is an own goal |
TheNobleProphet:It's not quota system. He is currently the most senior, he only became CAS because Lagbaja died. The other guys were in Lagbajas set. So if Lagbaja were to be alive this is the time he would have taken over as CAS but with Lagbajas death and his appointment and promotion he is now the most senior officer in the Army forces. No be everything be quota system |
Heard so much about this guy. I heard he is brutal in battle. He is just another Ragnar Lothbrok. |
hotseat:Kanu was never discharged, Kanu was granted bail. And the FG told it up to supreme court and it was turned down. Make una dey try understand all these small small things. Politicians are praying on your ignorance, they know you don't know and they know you don't care to know. So they tell you whatever they like and you fall for it. Try dey read small small. Discharged and granted bail and two completely different things, Every adult should know the difference but you are a Nigerian so I can't blame you |
Passionate1:It's nonsense into you end up in a tangle with the government. Ask Simon Ekpa, when government had his time, even in far away Finland, him collect. |
The SouthEast is proposing all these states. Soon every village there will want to be a state. Some of your states are already local governments inside some other states. |
What will his children say? Abi na here e wan start him own political career? |
Actually Xtainity and Slam na the same tree with different branches. Na mumu people dey do rubbish upandan. Na just the prophet separate them. Allah and God na the same person, just language barrier |
Fiscus105:All these children know nothing about the fight for Democracy, The Shehu Sanis, Festus Keyamos, Bola Tinubus, Gani,Soyinks just to mention a few were the real rascals, Sowore would have being a small fry if he was placed in their timeline |
Hehehehehehee. Nigeria Police get crase. I swear after God na government ohhh. When government get your time ehhhh you will see crazy |
VladimirTheGrea:You didn't mention that part of the $2billion dollars Raymond collected was trashed to DAAR communications, you didn't also mentioned that they had issues with Tinube because of the lion of Bourdillon documentary which resulted in the N150b naira suit against the company. Keep dancing in your half truths and deceiving yourself. Was AIT the only private television station? Why were other stations not having issues? |
njokuuche77:America, Britain etc had much more than this yet they spent 20 years in Afghanistan and still got defeated by the Talibans, you didn't say anything about it then. Most of you dont know the difference between terrorism and convectional warfare. You could have a terrorist living next door to you right now waiting for the right time to get instructions to drop a bomb on your street, you will dine and wine with him and call him your friend till the day he is activated. Terrorism is the most difficult war to fight. showlove911:So the Talibans were invisible to the American and British soldiers? And you mean Nigeria has more advance and better military technology than these countries right. My dug would know better than you |
VladimirTheGrea:How is this any of APCs business how a private company is run? Why has the same APC not attacked Arise news and Channels news? Will you die if you try to find out what happened to DAAR communication before blaming the APC. Something is wrong with the brain of an average Nigerian. Your refusal to think will soon destroy you |
