facts when a lower high court like the high court defies a higher court unvacated judgement like the appeal court judgement their is an appeal court verdict judgement on the same issue unvacated I'm sorry for the high court judge ,govt biding and justice will clash, the accused may decide to stand on his rights and refuse the illegality then put Nigerian judiciary to public scrutiny and test. The accused have no right to stand defence on same issue before the lower court. The judge and the high court today is advertising illegality to Nigerian people trying to force justice on illegality. All Generals take orders from CDS and you are not supposed to take orders from your junior so as soon as a General junior to you becomes CDS you are to retire.

Do you know what a subpoena is?
The court cna grant on permission to serve a subpoena but who will will serve it on his behalf since he is in custody and his no law firm working for him.
His lawyers are supposed to get the subpoena across to Wike, that subpoena is what Wike is talking about.
Even if you announce it all over the tv or radio stations if a subpoena is not served physically Wike can decide not to appear.
So it's not enough to call witnesses, the witnesses must get a subpoena.
With a subpoena they are bound by law to appear, without it, it's a personal choice.
