The way they are talking self, you will think they played the whole first 11 of Academy players. Not knowing that it's just 3 at a time. Something that Man utd does regularly over the years up till this moment and nobody makes a big deal about it.

We hold the record for having atleast 1 academy graduate in our match day squard since 1960s (the record still stands- 2020)

Mind you , your so called Chelsea Academy players have gained experience from playing on loan in multiple championship/EPL teams e.g Mount, Tomori, Zouma, Abraham (who has played a full season in the EPL in the past with Swansea). Compared to inexperienced Academy players from man utd who went straight from Academy bto the first team, e.g Greenwood, Williams, Rashford, Mctominay, and fringe players like Chong.
