hes like a younger version of matic..highly press resistant,can pick up passes in between lines..has good tactical positioning to cut out opposition passes.does his job very well..

The reason I'm not all sold on ndidi is his passing range and play in tight spaces..cos that cdm role is not just about marking and work rate,you need to also have football intelligence to know how to block passing lanes of opposition attack,that to me is matic best quality self.but then my first choice still remains Ruben neves,but benaccer also has those qualities.I think he's being slept on

That's why my first choice replacement for Matic is Thomas Partey.....

He can mark, work-rate is high,great passing range, can defend/attack set-piece, his football brain can make him adapt to any formation or position, ....

Ndidi can't displace in-form Matic in our line up because he is limited..... we don't need another Wan-bissaka type of player in our midfield.

I read on reddit people talking about our defence. TBH our defence doesn't give me confidence, and it gives me jitters. But to be Frank I think the criticism of Maguire and Lindelof (including me) are a bit harsh. I have rewatched the Liecester game, they are not as bad as people portray. Infact we have conceded 3 less goals than liverpool and one less than city. Even with some kamikaze giveaway of our dear DDG. He still manage to get 13 clean sheets just behind Ederson and Pope.

And for me. I think DDG should continue in goal next season. Apologies to Expert117. Lol
