On his way to the golf course: As a former president, Obama will receive Secret Service protection for the rest of his life.

The former president was pictured in his armored Secret Service SUV as he left a country club gym where he had worked out before heading to the course.

Former President Barack Obama headed straight to the golf course to celebrate his first day as a civilian. Obama's motorcade headed to the ultra-exclusive Porcupine Creek Golf Club in Rancho Mirage, California about 11.30am on Saturday where the former president played 18 holes. He looked relaxed as he made his way around the golf club wearing light blue Under Armor golf jersey, Nike socks and shoes, grey trousers and a grey baseball cap, although at one point he was filmed missing a putt. His entourage, including a handful of secret service agents, negotiated the stunning 18-hole private course in several golf carts. Obama was seen chatting and laughing with his golfing companions on the first day of his vacation and at one point fist bumped another golfer after watching a decent shot. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-4143660/Obama-heads-gym-day-leaving-office.html

Manifrsto 'Radical Islamic terrorism, and I said it yesterday, has to be eradicated. Just off the face of the earth. This is evil. This is evil,' the president told a room of 400 spies. Standing in front of a wall memorializing the deaths of necessarily nameless CIA officers, the new president declared: 'You're going to go to it, and you're going to do a phenomenal job. But we're going to end it. It's time. It's time right now to end it.'

Donald Trump told a room full of Central Intelligence Agency employees on Saturday that they will play an integral role in ridding the world of the ISIS terror army, and that he will give them a longer leash to get the job done. The approving encouragement came at CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia, as Trump made the first official stop of his first full day as America's president. And he insisted that 'dishonest' reporters had overplayed reports that he was feuding with the U.S. Intelligence Community over allegations that Russian hacking aided his November election win. 'We've been fighting these wars for longer than any wars we've ever fought,' Trump said, apparently in reference to the global war on jihadi extremists that has surpassed officially 'declared' wars in length and cost. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-4143474/Trump-visit-CIA-HQ-bitter-split-spies.html
