Are you accessing the app with a VPN? I can't find any 'USD Paypal' option on my end. Tbh, paying via bank transfer would be the easiest option for you as a Nigerian. So I'd advise you sell the Paypal funds to Naira and buy the coins you want to via bank transfer.

You can't check trade history and trust ratings of sellers on Kucoin, not on the app at least, I don't know if it's possible using the website.

Opensea now supports Polygon blockchain ($matic), but I don't think you can do without using ETH. Even if you're using the Polygon blockchain, you still have to use Polygon's Ethereum, WETH (Wrapped Ethereum). And incase you're wondering, 1 ETH = 1 WETH always.

You can always use other means to deploy your projects like Plotly Dash but streamlit is easy af. And with streamlit sharing, you are allowed to deploy 3 apps for free as long as what you want to deploy is in a public github repo.
