INFLATIONS
Forget the jargons you read about local and international inflations. The US inflation is officially around 7%, while inflation in Nigeria is around 23%. Some economists argued food price is best used to measure inflations, I tend to agree with them because you can’t tell me inflation is around 23% in Nigeria when the price of goods have tripled, same thing in the United States, the price of most goods have risen by 35% within the last 12 months.
Although the markets are bleeding right now, sitting on cash might not be the best approach in this current situation, especially for people holding Naira. Where then are people putting their money in this period?

CRYPTO-CURRENCY
Given the current market condition, this might not be what you want to hear, but I am sorry to tell you that crypto is here to stay, and anybody can do nothing about it. Like I said earlier, this is the best time to acquire knowledge and look for projects with a brighter future and start investing in them. You want to position yourself before for bull.

I was telling my people in the group this afternoon while the NFT industry is currently confusing, I think they are one of the best spaces to invest in. The possibilities are endless with NFT, and I am now looking for projects with a good use case in the space, something like Casino, NFT Certificates, NFT for Music etc.

With many people pushing the narrative of “sound money”, I think we are yet to see the best of bit coin. I bought more bit coin last week, bit coin developers have increased by about 100% in the last 12 months, and that is a very bullish sign. I have also seen what lightning network can do.

The rich guys also invest in commodities like gold, oil, land and agriculture. Brent has done about 40% this year alone, which is relatively huge. Physical gold is another commodity I have seen people invest their money in; the reason you see rich guys flexing their gold watches on IG. the smart ones are buying as a form of investment (and flexing). Some guys are also investing in agricultural land both locally and internationally as they believe that is the best way to hedge against inflation.

In conclusion, investing is a game of patience. You will be tested, but you will not be shaken if you are sure of your thesis. Ignore the noise. Noobs will sell their token at a loss because we will see more downside. Spend your time in understanding the space and invest wisely.
