Am not in support of killing but if they were part of the policemen deployed with a clear mandate to deliver fir the apc,then you shouldnt blame the people if they use all available resources within their means to resist rigging.

I congratulate the good people of Rivers state for rejecting the evil party that is synoymous with suffering, anguish and poverty of the masses.
You have indeed shown that power belongs to the people and not a biased inec or compromised police and army.

I also want to salute the strongman of Rivers state,Eze Nyesome Wike. If not for his doggedness,apc and rotimi amechi would have since taken Rivers state.
I salute you all.


P/s, take this congratulatory message in place of any one you might expect from Buhari,the president who sees himself as the president of apc rather than the whole federation does not extend congratulatory messages to opposition party. He is as myopic as his govt.

Common sense is a rarity nowadays imdeed.

Objectivity is not a common trait in your blood,if not you would have told me of anywhere there has been a cancellation and rerun in any southwest or northern state since buhari took power.
If you arent daft or blinded by bigotry you would have noticed that all the elections in the north and south west always saw a straight victory for apc while south east and south south will see continue rerun until apc wins.

I have since noticed something. Most of the people supporting apc to win in the south east and south south are not actually from the region but are mostly kids from the south west who have suffered under apc and just feel that these two zones should not be excluded from the sufferings apc has unleashed on them

Dont worry. Just go home and await the result on radio for whoever is the apc candidate.

I would have advised that a call be put urgently across to Wike to storm here with his own security details to stop this rigging that is about to take place here but then again it occured to me that wike may be their target. To shoot him in the midst of a mayhem

The day democracy died at the LG level was the day state independent electoral commissions started conducting LG elections instead of INEC.
The state electoral commissions are constituted by the state govs to do the gov's bidding. I knew a friend who already saw the list of the winners of a yet to be conducted LG elections with his boss,the governor,many months before the election. At the election day,the gov merely transmitted same to the chairman of the state electoral commission who just announced it.
The first step towards LG autonomy once again is to scrap state electoral commissions and return its elections to inec as we used to know it. Then LG elections(chairmanship and councillors) would come first,the state(govs and state house of assembly) two weeks later and federal(presidency,senate and reps) another two weeks after.
The governors are the threat to our democracy

I think its a clear case of fraud by inec to cancel an election and people went home and after a month declare a result in favour of apc from behind closed doors.
Thats a rape of the electoral process.
Is there anything this buhari govt can do well

Apc....very good at attacking the personality of their opponent but will never offer anything on how to improve the lives of their voters
