QUOTABLE QUOTES FROM SAURON!!
on: March 30, 2010, 09:40 PM "We just gave up after the first goal. . . . .chance AFTER chance AFTER chance and we couldn't convert. But the tie is not over yet.
Porto 2-1 Arsenal Arsenal 4-0 Porto.
Roma 2-1 Man Utd Man Utd 7-1 Roma."
You should be used to these retards by now. They did the same thing after the Manchester Derby when Tevez got a brace. . . .
After the second leg, none of them showed up to ask HOW MARKET!!! If you wait longer, they will tell you we LOST tonight because we didn't have Ronaldo or Fergie didn't brush his teeth.
1-2 loss with all to play for at OT is a good result. 1-0 takes us through but i am sure we will score more than a goal at OT!!!
on: March 30, 2010, 10:31 PM
Unless Fergie is looking at playing Rafael against Chelsea, he shouldn't have played Neville tonight. Ribery is quicker, faster and has more tricks in his bag and then Fergie stuck a 35-year old on his last legs with him. Rafael woulda done a better job. . . . .Rafael shackled Dinho @ San Siro.
I just hope Neville retires this season. Enough is enough. That said. . . . .We will thrash Bayern @ OT!!!
Fletcher pissed on your midfield. . . . .Too easy for him like he was playing at OT. I can't wait to see what he will do when he gets to OT(a familiar terrain). Your pitch was rubbish. United couldn't get their passing game going but Van Bommel will be scared now to face Flectherino a second time. Report to moderator 208.78.63.23

More quots from sauron
Until then. . . . The United that ATE Barcelona, AC Milan, Wolfsburg, Lyon, Inter Milan and Arsenal @ OT will DESTROY Bayern Munich. United will score 4 on the night. Put your money where your Nazi nostrils are.
We got the AWAY goal. . . . .I am very happy with that. Had Bayern won 1-0, i would be kicking maself seriously but with MY away goal. . . . .I say bring on Bayern with Robben, Schweini, Rummenigge and Beckenbauer. They will be EATEN alive by Old Trafford IMMORTALS.
Can someone remind Dayokanu Bayern Munich were playing at HOME and thus they had the advantage? All these WE WON, WE WON WE WON when the tie is half-way will make next week so enjoyable when you take cocks up your arse.
U have been warned, now. I will hound you for 3 months if United go through. Keep your pre-ejac in check
Can United play much worse than they did tonight? I doubt it. At Old Trafford with 76,000 fans screaming, those Bayern boys will melt. The away goal gives us a CLEAR advantage

I can quote a million people saying Messi shytes on Ronaldo. Dou you have to debate with Sharon on an issue like this? He loves to stir unnecessary debates which makes me think "maybe" he hires a grammarian to type his usual jaw breaking grammar here, while he projects the nonsense to the grammarian to type. |

Ibime: Yeah, we expect Arsenal fans to say there is no shame in losing 4-1 to Barca.
Disgraceful!!!
Shebi this the same Barca that only had one shot on target in 180 minutes against Chelsea and could only get through on away goals after some egregious refereeing.
Pack it in Gooners!
You are a disgrace to the Premiership!
BTW, I have heard that market is very volatile today due to a lot of profit-taking by institutional investors. In my opinion. Losing 4-1 to BARCA playing the normal open game is respectable compared to your anti-football display last season. The likes of lyon, Bayern M, stuttgart e.t.c that came to Camp Nou without displaying the "park the bus tactics" are way honorable than your rugby team. |

debosky: Cesc wanted to complete the game, so I don't think that was a matter of over-reliance. If he felt unfit to play then Wenger would definitely have take him off - besides, no one wants us to be like Benitez who is so 'protective' that he takes a player off when they are chasing a game and end up with no reward.
The fact is that if we didn't need him to do something special in the side, he wouldn't be at Arsenal FC so thinking any player is entirely replaceable is a misnomer.
That said, we do (or is it did?) have our fair share of play makers, but Ramsey is the only 'natural' replacement for Cesc, with Rozzi and Nasri having slightly different qualities to their game. The 'over-reliance' is more of a media creation more than anything else.
Cesc wasn't even on the bench when we mullered Porto 5-0, and of the games he missed early on in the year we won 5 and drew 1. The 4 games against Chelski and Utd had Cesc on the pitch yet we lost, and the first goal against Barca didn't come through Cesc so I definitely feel we can be dangerous without him.
However, a big player is exactly that - BIG. You cannot overemphasise the value of his vision, tenacity and drive. He is an exceptional player and would be missed in any team. Personally the person we'd miss the least is Arshavin, but it's the compound nature of the losses that makes things seem so bad.
Anyways, that is all HISTORY at this point - whichever 11 Wenger sends out must stand up and be counted. They must show the Arsenal spirit running through their veins and battle Barca till we LOSE. Next time, learn how to realistically finish your statements. |
