Owelle Rochas clearly won over 18 LGAs which includes the areas you included for Ohakim, later on they reduced OWELLE'S victory to 13 LGAS while Ohakim and Ararume shares the remaining LGAS. It was after Ohakim's series of bribery to some dubious INEC officials and the PDP urge to retain IMO State they had to add the LGAS won by Ararume to Ohakim.
