flower ke, nonsense. What's with all this western craze, na too much American movies dey cause am. Geez i don't understand why we have to emulate western lifestyles. I say the west for the westerners and Africa for the Africans. Who knows, very soon our daughters would be asking for ponies on there 16th birthday (pathetic) or the girls would be asking for chocolate and teddy bears for valentine. Nonsense, if you want flowers GO AND MARRY A WHITEY.  angry

but they do give flowers sha, u cant deny the fact
RomanceRe: Nigerian Men And Flowers by ezer(m): 7:48pm On Aug 15, 2008
ahah, nija guys do give flowers.

just stop the arguements, they do give flowers especially the enlightened (not educated) ones. cos most educated guys dont give flowers.

it takes self dignity to do that, especially when the receiver doesnt like such things. most 9ja guys love givin flowers, but they dont know if their girls like flowers, so to avoid embarrassments, they only give flowers on val days.

the bottom line is nija guys do give flowers. dont say u dont believe it, say u've never seen.

as an IT professional, if u get the right job, u can make it real good here. dont mind what they are saying. as long as u have good experience, there's no problems. just get a job from a reputable company, like from the oil and gas sector, i tell you, you wont go back to the uk. but make sure u get the job b4 coming down here.

for reputable companies, they earn more than/or about $5000 per month

I smell some oil exploration has to do with this.

Please don't think the Nigerian government ceded tha land for nothing. I smell negotiations which are going to make some Cameronians and Nigerians rich on the expense of poor fishermen

Again I smell gas flares
i support ur comments

kinol:
If America can invade Iraq against UN opposition and spend lots of money on the war and plan to rebuild it "all because of oil", I wonder why Nigeria cannot defend her territory with all their so call military might. All in the name of International Justice, the same UN court that America disobey to invade Iraq which is not American territory. What a shame to Big Brother of Africa cry
inferiority complex nai dey kill our leaders. u're talkin bout USA, u're going too far. come to africa, u cant try that with Libya, or even Zimbabwe, why are our leaders wicked.

its high time the youths of this country took over the affairs of this country. Im tired or old stinky greedy inferior men that think only about their gain in any decision taken. nigeria 2015, pls all of u should work in hand. i beg u, we want a better nigeria. these old men will soon die after messing up the country, leaving her to our fate. pls we want a better nigeria.

PoliticsRe: Bakassi: Whose Fault Is It? by ezer(m): 8:45am On Aug 15, 2008
i weep fo the people of bakassi. as for senator Eze, all they care about is the oil
DeepZone:
Goodbye Bakassi

Giving the assurances received by the Senate on the issue, he said: “We have already been assured contrary to speculations that that part of Bakassi is not really very heavy with mineral deposit as alleged.”
http://odili.net/news/source/2008/aug/14/313.html
they dont care about the people living there. from what he said, they realised there's no much oil in bakassi, they forgot there are more than 300,000 residing there. shame to our greedy weak stingy stupid inferior leaders. infact i dont want to start cos im boiling right here.
as for Gowon, u're denying, karma will soon catch up with u.

RomanceRe: It's Hard Work Being A Mistress by ezer(m): 9:50am On Aug 12, 2008
ima1:
If only you mistresses could put that kind of hardwork into finding your own men n not snatching n breaking happy homes then maybe such happiness would last forever n you wouldn't need to constantly seek for help elsewhere then maybe you would be happy. God wasn't stupid when he said "let no man put asunder" because no matter how much you try to keep another woman's husband it comes back to bite you in the butt. if it wasn't yours in the first place then it would never be yours no matter how much prayer n fasting you put into it. I mean sure you appeal to the man's sexual side but thats not all it takes to keep a man.

which is why we women need to be both the wife n mistress, so bitches like this don't think they have a right to our men.
exactly, i second u

@everyone
the poster is encouraging female prostitution and u all are aguing bout men cheating and stuff.
@poster
i think u didnt use the right topic for this. all those long sermons you gave was to encourage young girls to prostitute, engage in spiritual ways to snatch men, and u encouraged married women to do the same.
@everyone
this poster should be ignored, his post is neither educative nor encouraging.

Make Me an Instrument of Your Peace

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace.
Where there is hatred, let me sow love,
Where there is injury, pardon
Where there is doubt, faith,
Where there is despair, hope,
Where there is darkness, light,
Where there is sadness, joy.
O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much
seek to be consoled as to console,
not so much to be understood as to understand,
not so much to be loved, as to love;
for it is in giving that we receive,
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
it is in dying that we awake to eternal life.

St. Francis of Assisi
AMEN. God bless u all for such an idea.
