bawomolo:You must get no love. That famous Yoruba swag is not working? ![]() Just wear the skinny jeans mehn. |
FL Gators:Yes, it is on April 10th. I do not care much about it though. What I like is the After Party and then after the party. ![]() |
FL Gators:Oh yes, I am part of ASU. Maybe I should not comment as much. People might piece together my true identity. Hmmmm |
platinumnk:Well Jerry Rawlings did do a good job when he was in control of Ghana. No one messed with that man. |
Nigerians don't mass protest much. Only people who have money, have the ability to protest. The poor have better things to do like work. |
SEFAGO:God forbid anyone at UMD finds my true identity. They would be in for a shock. Since I be representing Naija at parties, but behind closed doors I am for Biafra. I am on that double agent ish. lol |
SEFAGO:Nice that you used my Undergrad school as source for your information. But that is simply a study. If the Department of State does not classify it as a Terrorist organization, then the U.S. gov't doesn't classify it. It not classified as terrorist organization by any Western nation. Nice try Femi. |
bawomolo:Don't know how some of you can wear those skinny jeans. lol Gotta bopp like this, can't wear skinny jeans cause my knot's don't fit. -Jay-Z Enough said ![]() |
Can't trust a Yoruba man to come into the creeks of the Niger Delta. Those girly men who like to wear tight pants would get scared stiff after looking at an AK-47 from a MEND militant. |
SEFAGO:Wrong, the U.S. does not consider MEND a terorrist organization for one reason. They understand that the people of the Niger Delta are being exploited. However, the U.S. considers the Muslim extremist up north as a threat. Remember the West is at war with Islam, and all these terrorist acts up north are worrisome for the U.S. First you have the underwear bomber as they call that foolish boy, then you have the religious crisis in Jos, and now hundreds of Christian women and children were butchered is not looking good for Nigerian Muslims. The U.S. has already predicted that the nation will not remain as one by 2012. That will be the golden year, when Nigeria will split up or maybe even in 2011. U.S. predictions are highly accurate. The U.S. is trying to make friends with the Igbo, because they know we are the dominant power brokers in the East. |
SEFAGO:The champion of the Yoruba Cause. I am not mad at you!!! However, your people not the most intelligent. Maybe at one time, your people were, but not the most educated group in West Africa. In my most unbiased response, the most intelligent group of all in West Africa is the Ewe people of Ghana, followed by the Igbo and then the Yoruba. |
SEFAGO:You know that MEND is not classified as a terrorist organization. And there is no such thing as an Igbo terrorist. There is no money to be made in that business. ![]() Don't know why the U.S. would recruit Yoruba speakers. Last time I checked, most people in the Niger Delta do not speak Yoruba but they definitely speak Igbo. |
ayettymama:The U.S. is actively recruiting Igbo speakers, this is common knowledge. I know of a few Yorubas in the British Army. I haven't come across many Igbos in the British Army, well, I haven't come across many Igbos in Britain. ![]() |
FL Gators:Nigerians who are born abroad and enter the military. That is how they enter the military. Or the U.S. is actively recruiting Igbo speakers into the military. |
SEFAGO:A confused person ![]() Anyway, Nigeria needs everyone, even the akatas. ' There are some very smart Akata Nigerians. They would be beneficial for their respective regions. |
bawomolo:You know who Akata Nigerians are. These are the ones in the Diaspora who were born in the Diaspora and many of them can't even speak their language. Even though I cannot blame them. I blame their parents. |
FL Gators:I said Nigeria needs Diaspora Nigerians. Even the Akata Nigerians. You know how many Nigerians are in the military for both the U.S. and the U.K. Most of these people are from the South. They will be needed in the conflict that will soon erupt. U.K. military has trained plenty of Yoruba soldiers. While the U.S. has trained plenty of Igbo soldiers. And let us not forget the engineers, doctors, lawyers etc who continue to live in the Diaspora and improve the U.S. but not Naija. But who can blame these people? The Nigerian gov't does not protect their own. |
"Our enemies are the political profiteers, the swindlers, the men in high and low places that seek bribes and demand 10 percent; those that seek to keep the country divided permanently so that they can remain in office as ministers or VIPs at least, the tribalists, the nepotists, those that make the country look big for nothing before international circles, those that have corrupted our society and put the Nigerian political calendar back by their words and deeds." - Major Patrick Chukwuma Kaduna Nzeogwu, Jan. 15, 1966. A firm believer in "One Naija," this man tried to make this country into something greater, but look what happened. Everything this great man said in 1966 could be used today in Nigeria. It is funny how things stay the same.

This woman has every right to seek revenge. Since the Nigerian gov't will not do anything about it. And the men of the Middle Belt should join her as she seeks revenge. The death of 7 of her children. This is just sickening. |
FL Gators:Nigerians in the Diaspora should lead the way is what I am saying. Most of Africa's Revolutionary leaders went abroad and then came home and used their new found knowledge to make a difference on the continent. Look at Kwame Nkrumah or Nnamdi Azikiwe. They went to the U.S. to study and came back and helped their nation. You can't tell someone who lives in darkness 24-7 to make light when they are not used to it. |
Nigeria does need the Nigerians abroad. Even the Akata Nigerians. The ones abroad, understand what a nation needs to survive. They are the ones who see clearly and know about 24-7 electricity, paved roads, and how a government is suppose to act. I remember the first time I went abroad, I was amazed by how everything works abroad. It was amazing!!! Then I came back to Naija and was disappointed. Nigeria is ran by buffoons who have no idea of how to develop a nation. |
hardywaltz:hehehe I live in Port Harcourt, but I am from Arochukwu. That was a very good observation of yours my brother. How are the Igbos the greatest beneficiary of this flawed system. We are still marginalized when it comes to politics. Frankly, I do not want any buffoon from the North controlling me. I rather have my own in power. I am sorry to say. ![]() |
This does not make no d-amn sense. Are people becoming that desperate in Alaigbo!!! I blame our political leaders who sold their souls to the Northern Cabal. When we start our agitation for freedom, these politicians will be executed and killed slowly. |
platinumnk:I know, I know lol But I needed to say that. U gotta donk!!! |
df2006:Is that a bad thing? It is just our entrepreneurial spirit. |
platinumnk, U got a donk!!! |
Time for me to make some money off of this crisis. It is the Igbo way! ![]() Lagos, we Igbos will be your saviors. |
GOD HELP THOSE WHO CAN HELP THEMSELVES. Nigerians tend to say lets pray about it. Right now I am tired of praying and ready for some action. Prayer can only take you so far. I pray that more of my Nigerian brethren will wake up from their tiresome slumber. |
I am actually agreeing with the Yoruba apologist becomricch. The world must be coming to an end. |
I am from the Republic of South Nigeria.
Let our Yoruba brethren know that we want to enter into a nation with them. I do not think they got the memo yet. |

, generalizing- do you know the percentage of alaye's to the yoruba population
. Just like how arabic and farsi speakers are significantly recruited by the US state department, security agencies and army. You should know that if the US actively seeks a certain group of people its not for good reasons.
