FashionRe: Has Anyone Used Perfect Herbals Skincare Products by faajilawa(m): 10:00pm On Aug 26, 2011
There is no skin condition that hasnt got a natural remedy. The trick is to found out which natural remedy is effective for what. Most of the products in the markets are made of these natural ingredients anyway only they add some nasty chemicals. Im into holistic remedy and natural and lifestyle in general Use mainly natural products and eat mainly natural whole foods. As for skin care try apple cider vinegar. That stuff is magic. Deals with spots, pimples etc. Used to have shaving bumps in the past it stopped it. Other things for skin care are olive oil and pure coconut oil. Use as cleansers or dab the affected areas. Just try and see which ones agree with your skin.
Foreign AffairsRe: South Africa Sticks By Gaddafi by faajilawa(m): 3:38pm On Aug 26, 2011
I never lived in Libya, never visited the place nor met any Libyan in my life. But back in the 80s  I remember all the rage was about Gaddafi and how he was transforming the Libyan society for the better. A lot of the magazines and newspapers then frequently featured him and his projects. So he was a good leader in that the Libyan people were his main focus. Here is a man who not only did these laudable things for his people but also extended his positive influence to other African countries. In a continent filled with clownish despots and shameless greedy nincompoops as leaders how rare is a man like him?

If Libya as a country is holding its own and Libyans have a relatively decent standard of living whats all the rage for then? Democracy? Yeah democracy. You need to define that word for me so I can see if its worth ripping up years of economic stability and progress, internal peace and security for.  Has the man been accused of massacre of his own people? NO. Constituted a threat to his neighbours? No. Ok he had his phase as persona no grata numero uno re his stance and activities towards the  West up to the early 90s. But one must remember that those kind of activities characterised international politics in those days. Even western countries engaged in numerous overt and clandestine engagements which lets just say can not be described as a fiesta. Those were then. The world moved on and values changed slightly. And the man moved with the world. he started to take a more agreeable, cooperative, progressive and global view which was encouraged and celebrated by the West. A view predicated on the philosophy of positive engagement and mutual respect. An immeasurably beneficial stance for the West both politically and commercially.

How is it that the  opinion of the AU doesnt hold sway in a matter regarding an African country? Shouldnt the AU be the first, most reliable and respected source to consult on the way froward in solving any problem of this nature in any of the member states? Would the day ever come that the AU would say `NO` to its wishes and views being  ignored? The events of the last few months in Libya culminating in what we witnessed on the day his house was trashed  make one sad and despondent. Awfully sad
SportsRe: Who Is Africas Best Footballer Now? by faajilawa(m): 7:39am On Aug 26, 2011
Yep its a toss up between Yaya Toure and Peter Odemwingie. Yaya Toure is a class act. Intelligent, reads the game well, saw him play for Barca once and seen him play for Manchester City twice. His positional play and runs off the ball is phenomenal. He is strong, holds the ball well and for a man of his frame not lacking pace either. Dribbles well and moves the ball effortlessly with precision passing and fluidity Barca style. His crucial semi final and final goals gave city the FA cup last season. Peter Odemwingie is quick and a reliable goal scorer. Left foot , right foot hes banging it in. Im sure a bigger club than West Brom would come in for him soon if he keeps scoring the way he does.

Its kind of hard to choose who should wear the crown out of these two. But no doubt about it, they are the outstanding African players at the moment
SportsRe: Samuel Etoo Is Now The Highest Paid Footballer In The World! by faajilawa(m): 7:02am On Aug 26, 2011
Ajibel:
^^^ grin grin grin
But he is not Nigerian

I think Eto'o just want to enjoy money.Do you think C.ronaldo or Messi would go to Russia for that amount now at the pick of their careers?
Etoo is hardly at the peak of his career. More like the twilight. He has proven himself as a top athlete and lived the dream of any professional which is to play the game at the highest level with the biggest clubs, winnning titles and championships. Check out his his winners medals then you know the dude is not a new comer nor a slacker. Having won all these cups and played at these great clubs what sense would it have made if he turned down the offer of being the worlds highest paid footballer.  How long more has he got left in the game anyway? 3 years? 4 max.

Its been a long time coming for the brother o and na him luck enter. Instead make we dey hammer am we suppose go prepare list of  viable projects wey him fit get involved to better him people for cameroun  in particular and africa generally.

Car TalkRe: Join The Ride From London To Lagos By Road by faajilawa(m): 1:08pm On Sep 20, 2006
Whats all this talk of the trip taking 2 months ,3 months bla bla bla. From London to France through calais takes less than a day then straight on down through south of france into Spain and down to Morroco bang you are in Africa.dont know the African end well but i can imagine a week at the most.So the whole trip shouldnt take more than 2 weeks max.with rest breaks and all.
Car TalkRe: Join The Ride From London To Lagos By Road by faajilawa(m): 11:30am On Sep 19, 2006
Yeah go for it .Im 100% behind you even though im not joining.booked my business class ticket to naija for xmas eh eh sorry. But on a serious note i dont see why not.I once drove a car from Madrid to Santander in Spain. This is like driving from Lagos to Kano.Loved every minute of it.I have also driven from Bordeaux in France to Bruges and Antwerp both in Belgium.I`ve done London to Cardiff in Wales a couple of times.
It doesnt seem so hard or outlandish as it seems.Just make sure you visit the websites of the countries you would be passing through to get a total picture so you would be well prepared.
Good luck

Priscilaaaaa how you dey pretty.why you come go into hibernation now.well glad to see you come out .but dont ever say you hate real madrid again oo or me and you go put leg for same trouser, not that that wouldnt be a nice proposition umm ummm.on a more serious note i love that club i cant start to tell you how much.na great club wey lose im way but God willing we shall find the right path again.trust naija to bring God into everything.wetin we go do now.

Ruud na goalscorers` goalscorer if you know what im saying. He went home to Holland on holiday and gave an interview to journalists revealing some unpalatable goings on in the old trafford dressing room thereby incurring the wrath of Ferguson and once you are in old Fergies black book, you gotta go.I hope he does the business for real and doesnt get influenced by the lazy -boned-pary-till they-drop brigade led by one ronaldo.

Jackal i beg take am easy on huster now.wetin

FashionRe: The Best Perfume by faajilawa(m): 3:39pm On Jul 16, 2006
I collect perfumes and colognes but find i use between 5 - 6 regularly within a certain period. My favourites at the moment are the following

Millesme Imperial y Creed:This perfume is no question a collectors item.Wears it only when i wanna feel like a real love-vendor if you know what i mean. This perfume is the atom in the bomb!

Pasha de Cartier by Cartier:Class, seduction, subtle elegance in a bottle.Enough said.Never wore this perfume without some female or the other saying `damn ,you smell nice`.This is no joke

Cologne by Loewe:Nice cologne, especially in the evening.

Lio by Agatha Ruiz de la Prada. What a gem! Saw the advert. when in Spain and being the cat i am decided to see what the hype was all aboutand bought one. Please do believe the hype!

@Prisc.Whats good babygirl? There was me thinking i got that ball tinkling feelings you hit me with well covered , only to find you knew about it all along, there you go. So what we gonna do about it?

Whatever ,first you need to stop that all that arsenal whistle blowing and cheer- leading. A girl like you needs to be with the best not second raters.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: A New Era At Real Madrid! by faajilawa(m): 3:28pm On Jul 08, 2006
I second that motion teeroy, that we should be looking froward to a new era in Real Madrid.I could call ousted President Florentino Perez a few choice names but ummm this being a family oriented board lets just say he is slowpoke. That man recked that club for real, going all commercial and stuff so they lost they the real sense of tradition, passion and pride that club signifies for a great number of Madrilenas(minus Athletico fans of course) and everybody else who`s supported that club over the years.

another thing etoo fit come now make him no perform.we`ve seen a lot of big-money moves ending in disappointment both for the club and the player.the best thing for etoo na to stay for barca for now.nothing wey chelsea wan offer am him no get for barca .
