Pls guys I will advise you to avoid shopping from Jumia this time because if mistakenly make an order and maybe you don’t like them and you return it back due to one genuine reason or the other, bros your money don go oooooo, for more than a month now they refuse to refund me back my money my reference number is 1792464292, after many calls and texting……they are trying to convinced me that I have been sc@mm£d by JUMIA.. at first they keep on reply me with programmed tex like:

If you have paid via Credit Card or Debit Card, your refund will be processed to your card. It may take 3 to 7 business days for your bank to credit your account.
But now no more respond to any of my chat or call again….
Guys avoid them, you might be lucky to have your order at first but beware of all this Nigeria online platform especially JUMIA

Hi everyone pls always becareful whenever you want to buy anything in JUMIA ONLINE PLATFORM…I don’t really know what is happening in this country online platform, I order for shoe on the 14/10/23 in a Jumia platform which I paid with my ATM card and I received the order and returned it back immediately on the 19/10/23 due to oversized and and I called there Customer care, the JUMIA agent told me that I will get refund back within 5-7working days Since on 25/10/2023, I have been chatting and calling SO CALL JUMIA customer care and chatting in this platforms all I am hearing this story of 3-7 working days refund….and it’s getting to a month now…I have evidence of the returned order and payment the order number is 1792464292…..I never know they have join the group of sc@mm£r in this hard time in Nigeria….pls help me I really need this money I have a lot to do it, pls brother help me with your platform to call them out
