Yes you are right. The critical question tho is if Seun and the naira land legal team are willing to fight the cause. its supposed to be an issue of a simple injunction. But that again speaks to the larger Nigerian narrative - does the average Nigerian even know his rights? If he does is he willing to stand up for those rights?
