The way Tony's game was going, hypothetically speaking, if he doesn't leave tomorrow, Bisola is probably going to nominate him in addition to everyone else - dude has a thing for turning against those that got his back. Shows he isn't that good at reading the game after all. |

Tho Tony started out very well and was my fav at a time, he lost it for me when he turned against the person who saved him only two weeks earlier. I didn't really see him in the final four... Guess he was blindsided by his own 'game' |

When Tony leaves tomorrow, It will be between Bisola and TBoss as it was Between Gifty and TBoss after Miyonse and Soma had both left. Strange bedfellows |

pocohantas: I have a question for B.B faithfuls, not fanatics please. In Project fame we're supposed to look out for the best voice. What's the theme for voting in BBN? What's the idea behind this competition?
What exactly are we supposed to vote for? Realness? Neatness? Best voice? Best dancer? Most dramatic? Best character? Or just by viewers appeal? Lol. I think its a mood thing. madness without method... Anywhere belle face naim be front. |

1bkaye: Oh I agree that he's using her, just not the 'admit' part You do love a good argument don't you? |
TV/Movies › Re: Big Brother Naija 2017: Live Thread by Factoryfitted: 12:38pm On Feb 20, 2017 |
1bkaye: Not saying he's required to be straightforward (even though I personally feel it's unfair that Bisola is being misled, but hey, it's a game and I can recognise that sometimes one may feel the need to play 'dirty' to get ahead, that can be life), just that when you said admit it comes across as though he was being frank and straightforward, which he wasn't. He has managed to avoid a direct lie yes but that isn't him admitting anything. What he gave was a non answer which is as good as not answering at all to be honest. Lol. OK I hear you girlie. Still I guess its a matter of perspectives. Dosen't change my earlier opinion tho that he is using her in his own game. |
TV/Movies › Re: Big Brother Naija 2017: Live Thread by Factoryfitted: 11:41am On Feb 20, 2017 |
1bkaye: Lol if you have to 'code' something you're not being straightforward. I get that he's doing what he needs to do to win the money, principled or not but let's call a spade a spade, he did not admit anything, he was deliberately vague enough to give the impression that he'd actually answered whilst not necessarily 'technically' flat out lying. That's if he said that anyway. Lol He can't afford to be all-out straightforward in the game they are playing. You are right but I didn't say he had been straightforward, I say he had just admitted. But that comes with the terrain of being oblique in your speech... your questioners have to know the answer they are looking for and be able to recognize it when its out. Point? He has managed to avoid a direct lie about his marital status, which would have killed his chances dead. #Tonyissmart. |

janellemonae: Bisola: Abi are u not single? Tony: by d grace of God. Bisola: thank u
They were talking abt SThn else before this, I didn't watch it but whatever d convo was it was based on d premise dt he was single. The question was then asked to confirm & he still confirmed. Dude is "frauding" us. Janelle, I didn't watch that conversation, but, if that was Tony's exact reply then to be fair to him he has actually admitted to being married. He just coded it. Bisola asked the question in the negative; its just like saying "Abi are you married?" Tony goes: "By the grace of God ( I am)". My own opinion tho. |

Threebear: I laugh out loud for people thinking EFe will win, this is big brother Nigeria not Africa. One rich person can sit at her home and recharge 100 thousand naira card and sway the vote to whomever he or she favours. When will you realise that your 100 we chat votes equals to one single vote with SMS. Every year you nairalanders come here blabbering like nonetites and every single year your appointed winner loses. Last four years it was the dull stupid Melvin, last three it was the eratic Tayo Now you have handpicked that dull, dry local champion EFe as your winner and in your very own eyes he will lose again. Save this post and quote me on the 78 day. You are also a nairalander, even if you became one just this afternoon to post the rubbish you just did. Efe may or may not win, but then how would you know that? Perhaps you are one of the cabal out there that have set up the whole show to be won by Tboss or Bally (more especially Tboss), oga please let us know. You and your ilk are the problem with this country. You think you can control all outcomes all the time. You people should realize that this can go on for a while but it will not go on for ever. Everyone stands a chance to be successful and when it is that time, not you, all of the cabals or all of your monies put together can stop it. Go and ask Goliath. |

suyamasta: They only sang parts of the song, Sorry sorry sorry o Sorry for Nigeria sorry sorry sorry o sorry for Africa! Nothing political there! Well if you understood what it means for a song like that to be played on a show airing with such coverage as BBN has in a country like south Africa considering the fact that hackles were already raised over the location of filming, you wouldn't say that. But then not everybody understand the kinds of things that could spark off a diplomatic row between rivals like Nigeria and south africa so you can be be forgiven for being so naive |
