Good day guys. Investing in our Nigerian economy which is prone to exchange rate variations with unstable policies and self induced inflation assisted by global inflation can be heart breaking at times. Reason being that whatever gains you seem to make from any investment gets wiped out by inflation and exchange rate driving up the cost of goods and services hence no mileage gained economically. Considering that global economic recession is seriously looming around the corner in addition to our wonderful exchange rate fluctuations and inflation, is there any investment/business that MIGHT be recession-proof? Or at least which investment could retain its value after the possible recession at worst performance especially for investments in Nigeria. Does real estate retain its original value after recessions? Should we have foreign currency investments? Businesses with good cash-flow, will they be safe? Stocks and shares are obviously not an option considering the current performance of Global stock exchanges and paper losses by world billionaires. Macro-economics guys and investment gurus please come to our assistance/advice. Thank you. |

Good morning friends. I have always being a fan of Mercedes products though I haven’t being privileged to own one. However, I’m at the verge of purchasing one for my self and need to make a choice between GL 450 and ML 350 both 2009 models. Can anyone with experience on both models enlighten me on likely issues of both models and why it seems GL 450 versions are fewer on our roads. I appreciate your candid feedbacks from our legends in the house. Thank you. |

mavinc4u:I would like to know if they would deposit/transfer the dollar equivalent into my Dom account in a Nigerian bank since I might want to buy $5k but want to make use of say $3k for my online transactions. Just want to know how it works. Thanks. |
arbitrage:Thanks for the info. If I understand you, it simply means I can transfer from my naira account in First bank to my domiciliary account with GTB. Does it convert it to the domiciliary currency or is the transfer many from a Dom account in one bank to a Dom account in another bank. I appreciate your kind response. |

Her testimony is a quick reminder to the ageless recipe the holy Bible has to offer in such cases. Proverbs 18:14 says that a man's spirit sustains his sick body. Her actions further shows the reality of Proverbs 4:20-22 which says that the word is healing to an ailing health. Fortunately these eternal truths can be applied in all facets of human life facing challenges. Thank God its coming from the mouth of a medical practitioner with first hand experience of the scourge of Ebola. No apology to people with no believe in miracles. |
