for sure and confirmed...................awka millennium city plots is going fast, I believe they have stopped selling at the previously advertised prices. Managed to get a 10,000 square feet plot just before they halted sales.,guys liquidate assets in Lagos and Abuja and face home, diaspora should invest as soon as possible.........hopefully there will be a phase 2 development.
